Multiple devices per contact
Create contact and assign multiple devices to that contact

Lack of this feature is why i don’t use the ticketing system on Atera. I literally don’t bother with who the contact is, one device per person is not the world

That's crazy! I work in Health Care ( a really important field), and many people share computers all day and sometimes all night. How does this make any sense? Is Atera's usefulness restricted to Notebook users and data entry people?

Hey Doug, there is also another feedback that has requested this. I put a comment on there but I figured if we combine votes then the Atera team might implement it faster.

It would be nice if we could assign multiple agents/devices to a single contact.
Example: Some contacts (users) have both a workstation & a laptop.
Example: Some contacts are the point contact for all computers (agents), so all communication will be sent to a single contact on the customer side for all devices/agents.

Please make this feature happen. This should be default function, charge $5 per device with remote capability.

As previously mentioned a very basic feature that should be available and easy to implement.
It would also help is someone on Atera's side merged requests like this when there are multiple.

I am in the same situation. Users with desktop and laptop. I need both assigned to the user.

A lot of our employees have multiple devices, for example a laptop and a Desktop in the office.
