Being able to export recent processes to a csv file would be amazing.
This is quite important when running scripts being able to see what was done without having to click on each machines result.

Allow bulk exporting of all clients bitlocker keys in the reports function. This way we can add the keys to our external DMS instead of having to manually copy/paste them from Atera.

I have over 400 endpoints that would use work from home but I don't sell it to them due to how poor quality splash top is. Atera please give us a better splashtop and allow concurrent tech logins. Even if you have to charge more as an option.
Why sell them work from home when I can install anydesk for free and they can log in twice for multi monitor.
Compared to atera splashtop and gimped anydesk version.Get multi monitor working and it's an easy sell.

Allow one contact to be assigned to multiple clients.
Example: one client who owns several different types of businesses would like to be assigned as main point of contact to each company.

Option to send a NEW email from within an existing ticket without including the previous email chain.
Currently, when replying from a ticket or adding someone to the email chain via CC, the entire email history is included.
For example, sometimes a ticket might be discussing confidential information with a manager, but later a staff member needs to be contacted about the same ticket. With the current setup, this means the staff member would receive the entire email thread, including sensitive details.
Having a "Send New Email" option would allow us to communicate with new recipients without exposing prior discussions, keeping the ticket history clean and secure.
