Desktop notifications
I would be great, if it were possible to receive desktop notiifcations upon ticket updates, alerts etc.
Maybe by implementing push notifications for the browser?

This was posted in 2022, it's now 2024 and we still don't have desktop notifications of any kind. It's extremely frustrating. Feels like Atera is sleeping on some of the more requested features.

Yes, I've always thought it odd that you can have sound alerts for alerts but not when a customer contacts you!

I find Atera almost useless without this. No notification or sounds. The site logs me out every 30 minutes and ticket updates are missed. As a "web-based" helpdesk platform it's terrible.
