  1. Forced log out happens randomly about every 24 hours and usually in the middle of a ticket update in the middle of the day - can we have some adjustment for this like forced log out after x minutes/hours idle but if active just remains logged in.

  2. Can the agent be updated for the M1 chip Macs? The current agent requires the use of Rosetta 2. This is fine in the short term, but the M1 has been available since November 2020

  3. Add a report or create a filter which allows users to filter devices which have been offline for more than X days in order to delete old devices out of Atera.
    Better overview of devices which are active on customer's site.

  4. A configurable page that can contain customized views, to allow information such as unassigned tickets to be seen on a central screen in the office as well as other information such as alerts.

  8. You charge money per "Work From Home" customer activation, but when I asked you told me to find out what customers have it I would need to look at EVERY customer to see who has it. When I started that process I had almost 200 customers. After hours of looking I finally had the short list of 18 that had this feature. This is something that should be as easy to see as who has online backup. Please add this ability to save your customers hours of searching each individual customer. If you charge for this it should be easy…

I'd like to see the ability to request tickets with more than just one status via API. for instance i can only look at open tickets or only look at pending tickets, I need to look at both open and pending at the same time. Also being able to choose the ticket types in the same api call would be ideal. i want to do one call to view all open/pending tickets with type Incident or type Change. I'd also like to see more items per page.

  10. I do wish we had some kind of info come into Atera with Acronis and Bitdefnder. As a MSP, we don't like to have too many different portals to get to vital information. But, we understand that sometimes that isn't possible. Also, this is more of a wish than anything. But, I would love to see some kind of API endpoint added for pulling Patch management profile information. We have a monthly schedule that we automate windows updates for our customers. I would like to be able to pull the date and customer assigned to that profile. This way I…

  13. It would be great to somewhat know what software's were installed previously on a computer. Like a Software History/Snapshot on the specified date. Currently if the computer is turned off, We are not able to run the Software Inventory feature or create a Report to list the available software's on a specific computer.

  14. Avery time we install PC agent we get notification about it, but after few hours or next day we don't have ability to see all notifications. We need notification history to go back at least 1 week.

  16. Within Atera it asks that we define the business Public IP. What would be nice is to view if a user is working at the office or remotely when looking at devices under the customer name.
    One could have a simple reference point to the Public IP that is defined and display a "true statement" if the user is at the office or remotely.

  17. Device query is a powerful tool, for example, we can query across all client’s desktop operating systems on win 10 1903 with office 2016, it's very good for finding specific configs, but we can export the result, it's far more powerful than the audit tool.

  18. In the case of re-purposing a device and changing the name of the device, it would be great if Atera could automatically update the device name in Atera instead of to manually have to update the name.

  19. It would be great to have the public IP of the managed computer displayed in the list of computers. This way, we can easily identify if all computers in the company are working from the same location of the user/computer is working remote. This would also allow us to see server NAT information as well.

  20. When I was new to Atera, at the beginning. I was very happy to see Windows Linux and MAC support. Unfortunatly you let the Mac more and more behind. Still features which you wanted to consider AND still Bugs ne one fixes are there.

    This is very bad and sad. Because I pay to get a better and better Product. Dont forget your members. Fix old Problems and hold a standard. Than bring new features!
