  1. Our organization has shared PCs where one device can have multiple contacts. As of right now, Atera only provides the ability to assign a single contact to a device. By allowing multiple contacts to be assigned, it can make it easier when users submit tickets to already know which device they belong to.

  2. Add a snippet so we can make the last technician note or last reply from technician appear on the ticket resolved email.

    This is useful to put all the information in one place and allows us to send resolution details to a primary contact via email if needed.

  5. Forced log out happens randomly about every 24 hours and usually in the middle of a ticket update in the middle of the day - can we have some adjustment for this like forced log out after x minutes/hours idle but if active just remains logged in.

  6. Can the agent be updated for the M1 chip Macs? The current agent requires the use of Rosetta 2. This is fine in the short term, but the M1 has been available since November 2020

    M1 processors are currently supported via Rosetta, the V2 chips are yet to.

    While we won't be implementing this idea in the immediate future, it has been added to our list for future consideration.

    We continuously review user feedback to inform our development priorities, so your idea remains on our radar.

  7. It would be great to somewhat know what software's were installed previously on a computer. Like a Software History/Snapshot on the specified date. Currently if the computer is turned off, We are not able to run the Software Inventory feature or create a Report to list the available software's on a specific computer.

  8. Add a report or create a filter which allows users to filter devices which have been offline for more than X days in order to delete old devices out of Atera.
    Better overview of devices which are active on customer's site.

  9. Avery time we install PC agent we get notification about it, but after few hours or next day we don't have ability to see all notifications. We need notification history to go back at least 1 week.

  11. While there is some integration with BitDefender in Atera, thresholds do not currently support scan results for infected computers. This seems like a very important add as currently even though it is purchased through Atera, the portal has to be checked or email notifications setup separately. I would like to propose this integration be upgraded to support infection and ransomware notifications.

  12. Would be nice to have more than one API key. Our CTO’s concern is that
    o It is not really protected in any way
    o There only is one API re-write access. If someone would get that API key. If there was a read only option with the API and that would be good

At the top of the Customers page, add an "Export Customer List" and/or "Export Filtered Customer List" button that generates a CSV file with all of the Customer's general details (Name, Contact Email, etc.) This will help customers reconcile their Customer List in Atera with their active Customers to ensure accuracy.

  14. You charge money per "Work From Home" customer activation, but when I asked you told me to find out what customers have it I would need to look at EVERY customer to see who has it. When I started that process I had almost 200 customers. After hours of looking I finally had the short list of 18 that had this feature. This is something that should be as easy to see as who has online backup. Please add this ability to save your customers hours of searching each individual customer. If you charge for this it should be easy…

  15. The new feature that shows that devices have a "reboot required" is good, but has some issues as implemented. Actually, it shows that a reboot is required reading a lot of registry entries, which are not critical. Only a few registry entries show when a reboot is really necessary. On the actual "Devices" view, we keep restarting our computers and they never get out of the "reboot required" status. When I check, some very old and unnecessary entries are still shown in the registry that cause this behavior.

  16. Would like to see option for pricing per seat rather than per GB/m especially for local backup. It is hard to convince a client to use when costs are not consistent per month.

  19. Trend Micro has been a go to antivirus and cloud security suite for quite a long time. Bigger competitors of Atera such as Connectwise and Kaseya have Trend integrations.
