  2. Can the agent be updated for the M1 chip Macs? The current agent requires the use of Rosetta 2. This is fine in the short term, but the M1 has been available since November 2020

  3. Ability to integrate 2fa codes into the passwords area for each customer (e.g 365 2fa codes) rather than having to use 3rd party apps like authy to share 2fa codes for multiple engineers.

    IT Glue has this feature for reference :)

  4. Within Atera it asks that we define the business Public IP. What would be nice is to view if a user is working at the office or remotely when looking at devices under the customer name.
    One could have a simple reference point to the Public IP that is defined and display a "true statement" if the user is at the office or remotely.

  5. Device query is a powerful tool, for example, we can query across all client’s desktop operating systems on win 10 1903 with office 2016, it's very good for finding specific configs, but we can export the result, it's far more powerful than the audit tool.

  6. Ability to transfer whole folders both ways would speed things up a lot. My beard grows long when doing anything with Atera's file transfer utility.

  7. We would like to get an Alert via email when a new Agent has been installed on any of the customers.

    Some Customers install agent by them self therefore we need this notification.

  8. At the top of the Customers page, add an "Export Customer List" and/or "Export Filtered Customer List" button that generates a CSV file with all of the Customer's general details (Name, Contact Email, etc.) This will help customers reconcile their Customer List in Atera with their active Customers to ensure accuracy.

  11. The internal ticket notes system isn’t really a messaging system as it doesn’t alert the tech of an update. It would be great if Atera would send an email to the tech within this feature.

  13. Allow conditions like AND and OR in conditions field in ticket automation. For example, the ability to be able to send email to technician only if the ticket is signed by someone else. If the ticket is assigned by technician himself, the email should not be sent to him.

  14. Add the ability to extract all email addresses out of Atera or the ability to email all clients at once. Implement user controls such that the admin can determine who is able to perform this function.

  15. We would like the ability to print the Software Inventory for one device individually.

    This would save hours when onsite to replace a workstation to have a paper sheet to reference rather than dig through currently installed programs.

    Current reports allow me to print all software installed for a client, but not selective to an individual workstation.

  16. Either build in integration to one of the well known patch and vulnerability solutions such as Tenable.io, Perch, Topia etc. or develop your own vulnerability scanner.

    It would be awesome if we could setup alert notifications when a new device is added to our account.

    We had a couple rogue devices get installed the other day, and didn't realize until we just saw them in the portal.

  19. The patch history of devices shows some updates which are applied but not all. Support told me that getting updates over WUA API only shows updates which are still on the update servers.

    Problem now is that you cannot be sure which updates are applied to the servers because the updates suddenly disappear from the history. So you have no overview which patches are applied.

  20. Trend Micro has been a go to antivirus and cloud security suite for quite a long time. Bigger competitors of Atera such as Connectwise and Kaseya have Trend integrations.
