  2. In light of the CrowdStrike issues late last week, I feel that it's critical that we be able to export all of the BitLocker keys via the API.

    It's not a workable solution to have to open each agent and unhide the key to copy it into a spreadsheet.

    The BitLocker keys should be available via the Agents "GET" command.

    1. CVE show up under the associated Device (Wks,Srvr,etc)
    2. Create alerts / tickets based on CVE / Device. rules for severity.
    3. CVE should affect severity and have an icon at the top of the device view screen.
    4. CVE Dashboard - including resolutions over time and newly discovered. so you can track progress and historical / resolved CVEs

  3. Instead of just showing whether an agent is online/offline, should also indicate status of user, Kaseya has this feature.

    If agent is online:
    - user is logged in and active (actively working)
    - user is logged in and inactive (idle)
    - user is not logged in

  4. At the top of the Customers page, add an "Export Customer List" and/or "Export Filtered Customer List" button that generates a CSV file with all of the Customer's general details (Name, Contact Email, etc.) This will help customers reconcile their Customer List in Atera with their active Customers to ensure accuracy.

  5. You charge money per "Work From Home" customer activation, but when I asked you told me to find out what customers have it I would need to look at EVERY customer to see who has it. When I started that process I had almost 200 customers. After hours of looking I finally had the short list of 18 that had this feature. This is something that should be as easy to see as who has online backup. Please add this ability to save your customers hours of searching each individual customer. If you charge for this it should be easy…

  8. We currently do not have the ability to view or set the SNMP polling interval when monitoring them via agents.

    It would be very useful to be able to view and/or set the SNMP polling interval so we can customise the monitoring to suit our needs.

  11. We would like the ability to print the Software Inventory for one device individually.

    This would save hours when onsite to replace a workstation to have a paper sheet to reference rather than dig through currently installed programs.

    Current reports allow me to print all software installed for a client, but not selective to an individual workstation.

    It would be awesome if we could setup alert notifications when a new device is added to our account.

    We had a couple rogue devices get installed the other day, and didn't realize until we just saw them in the portal.

  13. The patch history of devices shows some updates which are applied but not all. Support told me that getting updates over WUA API only shows updates which are still on the update servers.

    Problem now is that you cannot be sure which updates are applied to the servers because the updates suddenly disappear from the history. So you have no overview which patches are applied.

  15. Device query is a powerful tool, for example, we can query across all client’s desktop operating systems on win 10 1903 with office 2016, it's very good for finding specific configs, but we can export the result, it's far more powerful than the audit tool.

  16. Ability to transfer whole folders both ways would speed things up a lot. My beard grows long when doing anything with Atera's file transfer utility.
