Self Service Portal for Software Installation
I would like to give users (even without administrative rights) the possibility to install software via a self service portal. And not only via Chocolatey, but also via script.

Along side knowledge base should option for approved choco apps and powershell scripts to be applied to users. Many tickets are solved with a powershell or choco install - should have option to create an "app" with description, icon, and associated script or choco install that is run on the users endpoint. this means users don't need to log tickets for basic things.

Yes, this is a great idea that would help small operators.
There could be a list of "approve for self-service" packages.
Or it could trigger a workflow for approval and licensing before installing.
Like so many operators we don't allow users to have administrative rights to their computers. I don't care how many copies of Chrome, Notepad++ or 7-Zip are in the environment. But I have to come type an admin password. Not a value-add engagement.
It would save me time and money if users could be empowered to get some of these apps on their own. It would also improve relationships around such a blunt security control.

Self-help: ability to expose some automated functions to clients from Atera like: a script that cleans up cache; cleans up computer.; makes it runs faster. Right now in order to run script, client has to call the HD and clean the computer. little icon in the tool bar (where agent is), and click and then be able to do that on themselves.
