Forced log out
Forced log out happens randomly about every 24 hours and usually in the middle of a ticket update in the middle of the day - can we have some adjustment for this like forced log out after x minutes/hours idle but if active just remains logged in.

Would like to see an "idle" time out setting we can set on the admin panel, some people almost never log out, some juniors should have short set times

Another thought may be to have a timeout setting for each technician. Some technicians may only need X number of hours access prior to being logged out. (i.e. helpdesk technician may only need 8 hours) Others may work in an environment where they don't need/want the 24 hour logout. (i.e. MSP/business owner/supervisor who works extended hours) I've lost more time and tickets because it abruptly logs me out! Many sites/apps give you a 15 or 30 day option prior to requiring credential validation/logout. I'm a new user to Atera, and that is my #1 complaint!

If a session time-out is absolutely necessary, can you add a prompt on-screen with a 30 second countdown? I have been logged out while updating a ticket dozens of times and it is very disruptive.
