Windows 11 Automatically Restarting after Upgrade Push
Currently when you push a Windows 11 upgrade to a device and that upgrade finishes installing, the user will get a brief notification that the device will be restarted soon and then it forces a restart. It would be good if there was a way to either have the automatic restart disabled so they user can restart the computer at their choosing or have the upgrade follow whatever Configuration Profile is setup for that device so that it follows the companies normal patching installation procedures.

Merging multiple tickets from the same customer
We have a firewall alert when a customer goes to the backup connection, if the circuit bounces, we may get 15-20 tickets. A mass merge feature to merge all related tickets would be very helpful.

3rd Party Software Updates
First of all, It would be nice to have either detailed documentation on how to setup and use IT Automation and Patch Management. I have not been able to find anything that goes into fine grain detail on how to setup IT Automation and Patch Management. I have kind of had to experiment. Not a good way to learn or use a product.
Second, More needs to be done to help with updating 3rd party software, e.g. Google Chrome. I know how to create a bundle to push Software Bundles out to new devices, but I need a way to…

Bitlocker Key in App
Can't believe this still isn't in the app after all the issues we've had lately.
Need the ability to see the Bitlocker key for a device from the Mobile App.

Many companies use Zoom Workplace - it would be nice to see more phone system support options - even if generic SIP functionality. like 3cx or whatever.

Additional Billing Informations
The support told me there is no way to add extra Information to invoices. This is pretty bad, because I need to add legal details for a valid invoice here in germany.
Update:
It is apparently not possible to store payment information in an invoice. However, information about which account the payment should be made to is essential. Here too, a permissible outgoing invoice is not possible under German law. It really shouldn't be a hurdle to print this information! power management
I work in a higher education environment, which means we have computer labs and commons. It would be great to have configuration profiles that can set power plans to entire labs so that during peak periods the computers can be awake and ready for students to use, but then allowed to go to sleep after hours.

when I search for devices? I get 3 or 15 devices.
can we just display more info? like local IP address? - maybe make it configurable as a default?

Improved search for customers
Something that would be useful to me is an improved search function. For me it would help a lot if I could search for customers using business ID number or the custom number field I have added for our customers. Actually being able to search for anything more than customer name would be awesome.
