  2. We need Atera's RMM agent to natively report granular physical device information. Currently, we cannot automatically determine which RAM slots (DIMMs) are occupied/free, or get a detailed mapping of connected controllers (USB, SCSI, IDE) and their corresponding slots and ports. This data is critical for accurate remote inventory management, planning hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting port-level issues without requiring a physical check. Please implement a native function to capture and display this data on the asset page.

  5. It would be great to have the patch approval section of the Automation Profiles to automatically populate instead of waiting for the automation profile to run.

    I want to be able to see which patches are availble via the automation profile on a weekly basis but without having the risk of them installing when running the automation profile daily.

    Currently, the new patch management screen automatically populates with new patches, and maybe this logic can be included in the automation profile patch approvals?

    A report for pending patches per client could also be useful for clients that require an approval…

  6. With monitored device setup you should be able to add the option to SSH/CLI into the device monitored. So the AteraAgent (that doing the monitoring) handles the connection to the device to ssh. For example port 80/443 unreachable but device locally is reachable. Can use the monitored device quick to get into troubleshoot.

Quisiera solicitar que el término "Novedad", que aparece como menú desplegable en la pantalla principal de Tickets (adjunto captura), sea reemplazado por "Nuevo" para mejorar la comprensión de los usuarios en español. El término "Nuevo" es más intuitivo y se ajusta mejor al contexto de creación de tickets.

  8. There are many ideas like this one, but they are limited to very specific things - most of them targeting the user history.

    We need more than just user history, we need ALL history. Most things on the Overview page should have their own history tracking. Sure, things might be tracked in the activity log - but sometimes we need very specific information that may not be logged at all.

  15. The Atera web UI uses the Roboto font, but only includes the latin subset. As a result, characters such as č, š, ž, ć, đ (used in Slovenian, Croatian, Bosnian, and Serbian languages) are rendered with a fallback font, creating an inconsistent appearance.

    Suggested fix:
    Update the Roboto font import to include &subset=latin-ext — e.g.

    <link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Roboto:wght@400;500;700&display=swap&subset=latin-ext" rel="stylesheet">

    This adds full Central European character support with no breaking changes or visual differences for existing users.

  16. lately its been pretty bad the agent detection, atera simply is not able to detect computers anymore, even tho after updating the agent which was something bad as well, now very very often the computers just disappear from the panel impossible to connect , before everything was a breeze , not its hard., yo need to fix that , thats the core of your service or not?

    Says it silent installs but you need to update the guide to include the crucial info that when adding the app you need to add the /qn to the argument section of the add app page or else it user prompts for install.
