  1. On the Customer Portal, it is confusing for a customer when viewing the list of "Closed" and "Resolved" tickets, that still say "AWAITING CUSTOMER RESPONSE" or "AWAITING TECHNICIAN RESPONSE".

    Please set these statuses to "CLOSED" or "RESOLVED" so as not to be confusing.

  3. When an alert comes in from a failed login, it would be great if the alert can show the events details so I don't have to go searching through the event viewer.

  12. Ability to use the API to look up customers by Phone Number instead of selecting a page and then locating the customer. Also ability to create customer with just a phone number and not an email if one is not available.

  15. I would love to be enable to sync SNMP and TCP device to IT GLUE. With current integration you can only sync server and computers because you need an MAC-adress for a device to be sync to IT GLUE. I would love to be enable to set own mac-adress or a random generated mac-address.

  18. Currently when creating a new contract you can only initially select from "Contract Rates" in the dropdown. If you want to contract for a "Product" you have to save the contract first, then edit and select the product as they are not initially displayed in the rate dropdown when creating the contract. This is probably good so as to not have to dig though all products and rates each time. I suggest, similar to the "Additional Rate" option to add a "Product / Service" dropdown so items can be selected on contract creation and save some clicks.

  19. Add a report to find duplicate machines based on serial number or Mac address and offer to delete or merge them (Useful when someone has rebuilt a machine with a different name and has forgotten to remove the old one from Atera)
