Notes field for Devices or custom field (text)
Notes field for Devices or custom field (text) does not allow for carriage returns for formatting. This only allows for continuous one line text. Example:
- Hello
- Goodbye
- Hello Again
It shows up like this on the notes field for devices:
- Hello 2. Goodbye 3. Hello Again
This is not a good way to view our notes on the devices screen. We need to be able to format them.

BrightGauge Intergation
BrightGauge Intergration would be very helpful. It will allow CEO's and CISO's to see how their IT department is performing. Also we will be able to create custom report and gauges per customer to fit their needs.

Knowledge Base
Please add the ability to have any level of the knowledge base be accessed by an organization or contact. I have a client that owns multiple businesses that I support. It would be nice to have the GM be able to access the ISP info from each Business, but not have the whole organization have access to it. If that makes sense!

Customize Awaiting Customer/Tech Response
Awaiting customer response and waiting for customer reply is not customizable. If blue/green, it doesn’t change the color. I can’t change that box to something else.

Dashboard
A dashboard that ACTUALLY WORKS and reflects ticket numbers, and have ticket status' update properly so that closed tickets that get replied to ACTUALLY REOPEN A TICKET.

Option for marking Regular Desktops as servers
I have a few smaller customers that don't have real servers and use a workstation with Windows OS not server OS and I would like to monitor them as servers and have them listed as servers not workstations in the dashboard.

Network Discovery Improvement Ideas
Suggestions:
Ability to scan multiple subnets from one agent - don't try to be too clever here and lock us down to selecting a monitoring agent that has only been shown to have a matching internal LAN IP address for the subnet we are wanting to audit. We could be auditing an existing network that we have a management netwok on for example, so we know a node on that subnet can see the other subnets no issue, or we could be completely new to a network and want to start polling all of the known subnets from one agent…

Scheduled Report Email Direclty Download Link or attachment
it would be great to have a link to directly download the PDF and Excel Export, it would save a good amout of time when you have to archive 20-30 and send them to clients. Alternatvily, it would be nice to have the option in the Report scheduler to send the reports as attachments directly in the Email notificaion. that way we could skip the Download all togehter, that would also give us the option to send the reports directly to the Client instead of being in the middle.

Scheduled Report Notificaion Email Subject
Scheduled Report Email Subject should Include the name we provide for the Scheduled report instead of "Your Atera ‘Patch Status Summary’ report is here" should be something like "Your Atera 'MY Report Name' report is here" that would make the email notificaion much more useful. it would also be nice to have it in the Body of the email too.

Ticket Field Job
Ticket/Field Sanction - We're looking for tools that would assist us with reallocating tickets to Field Jobs (Jobs that needs to be done on-site), with an easy access timer to keep track of time spent on-site. If there's an easy feature in Atera that could assist us with reallocating tickets to Field jobs, that'd be awesome.

Work from home - Server support
Splashtop supports work from home that allows users to connect to a server. Can we please add that functionality from Atera since it utilizes that product? Right now I have to add a Splashtop work from home license manually outside of Atera.

2fa access list IP address options
Ability to use network IP range when enabling Access List via 2fa login settings page in the Admin tab (Admin >> General >> Two Factor Authentication (2FA) >> Restrict IP Permissions >> Access List). Currently it only allows for a specific IP address. This is crucial for Public IPs that are Dynamic which is highly likely to keep changing.

Scheduled Report History "state in time" Reports
when I schedule a Report, I would like it to have a list List all previous Reports in the Web portal that have been ran over say the last 12 months. these would be State-in-time Reports to show the data state when the report was scheduled, these need to be collected for compliance and If I missed an email I don't have any ohter way to access these Reports.
For example, I have a Report scheduled to run a Patch Summary on the 1st of every month. I can See that report under the Scheduled reports, but I Would like…

FIPS Complian Agent
Use FIPS 140 compliant cryptographic algorithms for Agent Communications. Customers that have Compliancy requirements are unable to work with Atera Limiting our use case.
