  1. often we run scripts onto a group of devices on a certain customer which e.g. 2 weeks retention time. then we see that some devices have been selected mistakenly but those devices are not online anyhow.
    so i would be useful to have a "stop" button besides each "pending" status. means that process should be killed sothen...

    Congratulations on helping shape Atera! The feature you requested is currently being considered for development. Please be patient as the process can take a while or even stall to make way for other features. We’ll update you once it’s been implemented and released!

  3. As most dual function environments (Retail and Client Support) we have a reception desk that is manned to book clients systems for our internal workshop.

    An additional logon that has only access to create customers , contacts and log tickets would be a logical step.

    No further function beyond this would be required.

  4. Integrate Atera with Power BI for enhanced reporting capabilities. It would be nice to be able to create custom reports based on the integrations Power BI would give.

  5. Ability to connect to Anydesk without copying and pasting passwords. It would be nice if we can apply profiles to customers. For example, be able to set all endpoints to default to better performance and not to share sound.

  6. Would be great to run a profile from the manage agent. Now you have to find the agent, assign a IT automation profile, go back to admin- patch management-apply to - agent-save-Then go back to the profile and click run now...
    Profile is very useful to install base software and then apply script like install bitdefender.

  14. So recently we discovered that when you assign a device to a ticket, it assigns that same device to any ticket associated with the ticket contact. So let's say you have 4 tickets open for the same user, if you assign a device to one of those tickets, Atera assigns that same device to all of that user's tickets.

    This is problematic for may of our clients because we have quite a few clients that utilize multiple systems whether it be they have a desktop and a laptop or sometimes it may be something like a multi-user device where the…

  15. I have issues with 3 out of 10 units having issues with enrollment requiring a registry wipe and service restart on those devices.

    I'd like to automate this by being able to either check the ATERA directly or by caching this on my own hosted service as a proxy.

    Unfortunately, the AgentId found on the device is hashed and therefore I cannot test it against the Agent API to check if it has indeed reported in.

  17. I would like to be able to ensure that the Atera Agent has all the access that it requires to aspects of the macOS via an MDM but this needs a bundle ID which requires the agent to be signed.

    I'm quite surprised that the agent isn't already signed to be honest.

  18. Currently, the Apple Mac agent is not uninstalled, when a device is deleted in Atera.
    Deleted devices keep popping up as new devices.
    This is a no-go, especially when a service contract ends. There has to be a simple solution for uninstalling Mac agents automatically .

  19. Allow multiple arguments to a monitored UID.

    An example being currently I can monitor a CPU core and have it alert me when it goes above 80% but every time it briefly goes above 80% it alerts us.

    Instead I want to be able to tell it to alert me if the CPU core goes above 80% only if it has stayed above 80% for over 5 minutes.

  20. We would like the ability to print the Software Inventory for one device individually.

    This would save hours when onsite to replace a workstation to have a paper sheet to reference rather than dig through currently installed programs.

    Current reports allow me to print all software installed for a client, but not selective to an individual workstation.
