  1. Our CEO needs to be able to view historical trends at a glance. Currently, each device has a 24-hour view, but we would like to be able to view devices for longer (week, month, etc), or compare several devices in a timeline format (compare which devices are having problems, or if issues are isolated to a single device while other devices are working fine).

    It would be incredibly convenient to have flags on the timeline marking the time of the alert and time of resolution (red and green, respectively).

  2. I wrote a simple script to delete a shortcut off the desktop of the logged in user, but no commands work! I can't do anything as simple as 'unlink ~/Desktop/<filename>' , unlink '/Users/$USER/Desktop/<filename> , unlink $HOME/Desktop/<filename>'....even cd commands to those locations don't work . None of those paths are recognized either in a script or in the Terminal interface in Atera. Script version won't work running as System, and if run as Current User I get a "user is not logged in" error

  5. All of the branding is nice with one exception. When our techs are logging in at customer sites, it comes up Atera when they login. We run the risk of them 'going around us' when they know our vendor partners. It would be great to go that last step and brand the login screen for us. I know it only takes a second to login and get to our logo but in certain instances we set up our clients as a tech as a service to them.

  7. creation of tickets for devices/activities not associated to a contact.

    performing routine maintenance on servers (that don't have a contact, our own internal servers) like patch application, log file clearing.

    or allow a contact to have multiple devices, so they are informed of tickets being opened for main.

    I think this would then allow for a report to be run against the device to view all activities performed on the device, for ISO audits etc.

    I may be an edge case as I use Atera to manage multiple Data-centres and not desktops of individuals.

  9. Under each company, my "Favorites" list should not be the same as other Atera users Favorites list. In some cases, certain roles don't have or shouldn't have access to the same machines even, so our Favorites list should not be the same.

  10. Please allow me to trigger with Automation rules the ticket timer, the automatically start timer on ticket open is not an accurate way to track time. My Goal is to set automation flows that automatically start and pause the timer based upon my ticket status.

  11. Having more options to quick search would be helpful minimizing the time to look into each device detail.
    for example I would love to see columns such as, Device serial number, Processor, Memory, MAC addresses ...

  12. I would love something native where if a ticket with a particular status is not assigned to a technician after a specific amount of time, it would ring a call group, individual or all people.

    We are currently doing this through some very hackey workarounds.

  13. Atera is sold as an MSP tool, but is completely unsuitable for this.

    In particular, EVERY setting must be able to be specified per customer, e.g. whether Anydesk, Slashtop or TeamViewer should be installed. This is a given if you want to sell something as an MSP version...

  15. I would like to be able to disable the automatic reconnect if you close your browser without logging out first. With the recent discovery that hackers can steal session cookies to bypass credentiails and mfa this is a huge vulnerability. We just had a client have their session credentials stolen and the hacker was able to access sites which normally require mfa. If this had been a computer with Atera they would have had access to all our clients computers/servers/info

  16. Please provide support for pictures in Quick Reply section for signatures. When I insert my signature on my mobile app it simply doesn’t appear.

    Also in the settings, a separate personal signature section would be appreciated like that which is found in My Profile > Personal Signature on Atera Desktop App! Also adding support for pictures (logos) here too

  18. Feature Request: Bulk Export and Update Device Details

    I would like the capability to export all device data into a report, modify details such as Host Name, and re-upload the revised file to update the system in bulk.

    Currently, we are deploying across over 2,000 hosts using a script, but the Host Names in the system do not match the actual device names. As a result, each host would require a manual update. With this feature, I would like to export a report containing fields like Host Name and IP Address, make necessary changes in Excel, and re-upload to apply…

  20. Have a pane to show all the tickets of the device on the device page. That way everything is there, links to remote access, device metrics, activity log (and all the tickets associated with the device).
