Different level subscriptions for individual techs
When the majority of your clients are windows based and a handful are Apple. Allowing the techs that manage the Apple accounts to have a higher subscription than the others. This helps with not having to upgrade all subscriptions.

Have an account dedicated solely to customer management / billing management / product management / ticket creation (telephone source) without paying the price of a full subscription.
Perhaps add this type of account at a certain subscription level or set a specific price for this type of account. -

Option to have mixed subscriptions, now for the looker integration, no all tech have access to reports...
