    When the majority of your clients are windows based and a handful are Apple. Allowing the techs that managed the Apple accounts to have a higher subscription than the others. This help with having to upgrade all subscriptions.

    When scheduling a report, the email should contain the pdf (or file type of choice) as an attachment on the email. Saves from having to click on the link and login to get the report.
