Run scripts as specified user

It would be great to be able to:
--> run scripts with users - other than SYSTEM or current user
--> run scripts as credentials stored in the Atera Password-Manager

    It's something that should be a priority plus it helps those who are evaluating Atera, coming from other RMM's that do this now.

    this should be awesome, as we could save ALL our scripts (like HUDU doc), on Atera's side and not on servers
