IT Automation Calendar View / More IT Automations information information (consolidated)
A calendar view for all of the automation profiles that shows the day and time of the week they are scheduled for. This would make for way more efficient planning of the automations, especially since it's already recommended to make a restart task a separate automation from other actions. This has caused us to have to create many duplicate profiles and has created an intensely muddy view of the automation profiles.

I just came here to suggest this and I can't believe there aren't more votes for this.

Can the Atera Automation be configured to follow the set schedule time and if the device is offline to not execute the automation until the next schedule time ?
The problem: Atera Automation will proceed as soon as the device is back online and I want to avoid that. I want the Atera automation to wait until the next scheduled time. User may be in a webinar or web meeting and not a good time for the PC to re-start or shutdown, etc. -

it would be beneficial to be able to schedule IT Automation to run every 5,10,15.. minutes. Right now the best is once a day. If you need it to run more often like every 5 minutes you need to create hundreds of schedules.

Actually, the Scheduler is really useless for us (and i think for most of your customers).
We have the following patch schedules:
Test: Thursday in PatchDayWeek
Pilot: Thursday in PatchDayWeek + 1 Week
Prod: Sunday in PatchDayWeek + 2 WeeksAt the moment there is no option to get this running automatically.
Perfect would be:
Run X (Day, Week, Month) after Plan X
Or Run X (Day, Week, Month) after 2nd (weekDay) of Month
Any other ideas/solutions?

The "Patch Management and IT Automation" landing page only has 1 info about Last Modified date and time. Please include extra info about When was the last time it was run and next time it will run. Similar to Windows Schedular, that way you can have a quick glance on how your IT automation profiles are configured and their health.

Patch schedule calendar integration to be able to exclude dates from patching. Some companies have blackout dates where no changes are allowed. Also be nice to see the actual schedule of patching in a calendar form.

I would go further and add the scheduled times so that it is easy to make sure that you have configured things in the right sequences. At the moment, you have to go back into each profile to remind yourself of when it is scheduled for.

We have a customer with a large mobile workforce using laptops that are online for brief periods in a day. The current IT automation scheduling features requires that we specify hh:mm. The automation runs on schedule but fails to achieve much since most laptops may be offline at the specified time. Instead of creating additional schedules (for e.g. 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, etc.) it would be good to set a range

When you click Admin then Patch Management & IT Automation
On that list screen it would be awesome to see "Next Execution Time" as an option.Instead of having to click inside each one to see when it runs next.

Execution of automation profiles in dependence of each other, i.e.:
Run folder/group one on Microsoft Patch day (2nd Tuesday of month)
Run folder/group two one week after automation profile 1
Run folder/group three another week after automation profile 2
and so on.... -

IT Automation Profile: Apply it to and create a scope where you can click all of these customers where OS = 2012. And then it will apply the changes to any that have that. Criteria. Any servers that will be added in it will automatically go on it. It will automate the automation.

The schedule to run automation needs to be decoupled from the automation profile. Instead, the schedule should be assigned to the device running the automation.
Make it so that if a device was offline at the scheduled time, there be an option to run the automation immediately on startup or after a specified delay.
