  2. The ability to adjust UI scaling or set a much more compact view (for the browser experience) is needed. Large fonts and plenty of whitespace may look neat and clear at first, but they don't often translate to speed and efficiency for work. Having to continuously scroll around to see more than 10 items or read subsequent comments in a relatively short conversation is not optimal. I would gladly exchange all the margins and padding for relevant information that keeps me productive.

  3. i will like atera to implement a feature to allow a pop message to appear in the centre of the screen for all clients at ones, the reason for that would be so ones a month i could update all systems without worrying that work was left unsaved, this way i could schedule a popup window with a signout button on it, and the message will read, Your IT is running updates overnight please save your work and click sign out at the end of your workday.

  7. It would be good to have a section that states what printer is installed on the machine inside the Agent page. This would make it easier when buidling new machines and we can know what printers to install.

  8. I think it would be a good idea to be able to hide these tabs for certain roles
    EG we have a client that has an onsite technician and he has access to our ticketing system I do not want him to be able to see those tabs
    Our L1 techs should also not be able to see those tabs since we do not use them

  11. Clients are security conscious, the small splashtop "user has logged in" bottom right corner of the screen often goes unnoticed and clients freak out when the mouse starts moving.
    Please allow the splashtop chat or something similar to teamviewer showing that a user is currently logged in to prompt something that we have logged in that's obvious for the user to see.
    Currently I've bound a script to a mouse button and manually click chat every time I log in so clients don't get paranoid I can silently log in.

  12. Create an option to assign devices to folders automatically based on device name, for example, if a device name starts with "example-" then place in folder "example".

    This is an extremely powerful way of deploying apps automatically with intune and would be highly beneficial for deploying software packages and windows patches unattended. It would also prevent new devices from being missed and left unpatched.

  14. It would be nice to have a general AnyDesk download link to share on our website or with customers not having their device in Atera. something like sos.splashtop.com but for AnySesk.
    Likewise would be nice to have a quick connect option for AnyDesk in Atera, as we already have a valid license for it

  16. Make the Splashtop printer installation optional. The Splashtop printer confuses some of my clients and it is not needed on those PCs anyway. Splashtop is a little more reliable to me than AnyDesk but I need to lose those printers.

  19. The Help Desk Agent must be activated manually for each device. Very inconvenient. It would be easier if you could activate the threshold value or patch / IT automation profile

  20. Other RMM/PSA's have the ability to 'remote desktop' in to the machine via a loopback from its remote control app, AND logs in with stored admin credentials. This let's technicians login as admin without needing to know the admin creds.

    The same Atera competitor even cycles the admin password automaticly after x time, Making credential security even higher
