  1. Create an option to assign devices to folders automatically based on device name, for example, if a device name starts with "example-" then place in folder "example".

    This is an extremely powerful way of deploying apps automatically with intune and would be highly beneficial for deploying software packages and windows patches unattended. It would also prevent new devices from being missed and left unpatched.

  3. Add the ability to bulk import passwords either through the API or through a contact import using a CSV.

    Currently there's no way to take previously generated passwords and attach them to existing customers. The password manager feature is great, but without being able to bulk import existing data it becomes incredibly difficult to maintain contacts. This would also be useful if passwords expire and need to be maintained.

  4. Currently if we want to use the APIs to pull certain tickets or time entries for a particular client and/or a particular timeframe, we have to pull ALL THE TICKETS in our Atera account (which takes a long time, and generates a lot of traffic to Atera's servers).

    Can you please add additional criterias to avoid all this extra traffic and make the API calls faster?

    Time Entries and Tickets search:
    * Before date-time
    * After date-time
    * Customer ID
    * String in comments (all words, or any words).

  6. Make the Splashtop printer installation optional. The Splashtop printer confuses some of my clients and it is not needed on those PCs anyway. Splashtop is a little more reliable to me than AnyDesk but I need to lose those printers.

  8. All servers are by default monitored for availability but theres no way to change the threshold for that monitor. In some environments the internet connectiviy can be a challenge so it would be great to have the option to change the heartbeat monitoring time in a way it could be set to 10, 15, 30min or even 1 hour. Only if a device stays offline for that period it would raise an alert. (this is important for example for some African environments)

  9. I would like the option to REMOVE SECONDS when entering time.

    I only want to see DATE, HOUR, MINUTES for entering time. This could be an Admin setting check box to "Ignore Seconds when entering time". Or "Always set Seconds to 00"

  11. Create method to email all customers regarding an outage. Outages that comes to mind are Microsoft service outage or Internet outage in a region.
    This method could be use to email all the contacts of a customer or to all customers.

  18. Create a Vendor Module similar to the customer interface. It would be nice to be able to track tickets, equipment, installation dates and services requested from vendors. I would like to be able to have a vendor section that you could put in your open tickets, track repairs & scheduled installations with each vendor.

  19. Hi there, It would great that historic data is retained for previous users who have logged in, this could be time restricted, ie the last 3 months of active users, but something to allow us to review previous users.

  20. Please add a field where we can enter the MFA verification code. When saved, the MFA codes will refresh and allow us to complete multifactor authentication to client websites with MFA enforced.
