Scheduled Ticket reminder
For Scheduled tickets, it would be nice to assign a reminder notification to the technician assigned, with some optional time frames.

A reminder to the Tech is nice, but it would be beneficial if a reminder notification goes out to the client as well.
For example, send an email the day before and the day of the appointment reminding the client that a tech will be on-site today. That way, if something comes up on the client's end, they could email back and let us know not to come on-site and to reschedule.
