  3. It would be very helpful to have custom ticket Types. This would allow for creating different kinds of tickets and, importantly, applying different ticket automation rules.

    Example... "normal" type tickets (problem, incident, etc) can generate emails sent to customers. But a custom Type (Sales) can be configured to NOT generate a notification email, and auto-set Status to a fitting custom status (Sales - Requested, Sales - Ordered, etc).

    Currently, I am doing the same thing by using custom Product Family options, but those fields are not available in the mobile app, which we do use regularly.

  4. We need to be able to assign a contact to multiple customers. We need this so our contact can see tickets from multiple customers of which he is the manager. Now he can only see the tickets from the customer he is assigned to. When trying to add him to another customer we can't because the email is already in use. If we want to do this now we have to manually change the email in the ticket. If this guy makes 10 tickets we have to manually change the email in 10 tickets. After responding from his own email,…

  5. The Network Discovery function is a very powerfull tool. But in complex and not structured scenarios there are lot of "known" devices where it is not possible to manage SNMP configuration or instlla the Agent (ie. Bank credit card readers, Telphone carrier managed routers, Known guests-users' laptops, Fiscal printers, etc..). In these cases shuold be very usefull to select an Unmonitored device and add it as a pre-defined Custom Asset (or Generic) by automatically filling the existing fields (Device type, MAC, Manufacturer, etc..) to monitor on/off line status.

  7. Please can you look at adding the functionality to remove any patch showing in the agent patch available status if the admin has removed or excluded said patches from availability. This will make the view cleaner as currently the agent machine reflects in the needing patches when actually they are up to date.

  8. It would be very helpfull for Anydesk Remote and rest remote apps to work through Mobile App with pop-up integration. Till now only Splashtop is working based on Atera support.

  10. Wake on Lan for Work From Home.

  11. There are a few missing features from the classic UI that makes the New UI much harder to use:

    • Unassigned being red in the Tickets page. Just adding that splash of colour makes it really easy to identify which ones are unassigned or not.

    • Ticket page icons. In the classic system you can easily identify where the ticket originated from with the envelope / phone icons. It adds a bit of context when looking at a ticket to see if someone has already spoken to the requestor, or if it it's an untouched email, so we can respond quickly.

  12. It would be good to have a section that states what printer is installed on the machine inside the Agent page. This would make it easier when buidling new machines and we can know what printers to install.

  13. I would like to be able to send a formatted email from Tickets and Devices. A button that says "email article" shows a popup of all articles. I can then select the article I want to send. The EMail subject would default to the article title and the email body set as the contents. It would also be nice to allow a Textarea box allowing me to put in a personal note to the contact. Make sure styling separates the personal comment and the article.

  14. please provide colour scheme to tickets so they can be easily identified / distinguished based on their priority either by

    1) marking the whole div/row as "red" when it's critical/high
    2) having the priority values displayed with coloured bubles - similarly to status have it

    you can use this schema for colour selection or any other thats suitable

  15. For over 6 months now, I have not been able to login to the mobile app on my phone. Even with help from support for this, the only successful login has been setting Chrome as my default browser, rebooting the phone, getting Atera app to open the login in Chrome, then log in, but that forces setting up Microsoft Authenticator app again, but successfully logs out. However, upon logging out of the app (to test), Atera then opens Firefix despite Chrome being set as default. Then when I attempt to login using biometrics, I get "Not Allowed." error (with the…

  17. Create an option to assign devices to folders automatically based on device name, for example, if a device name starts with "example-" then place in folder "example".

    This is an extremely powerful way of deploying apps automatically with intune and would be highly beneficial for deploying software packages and windows patches unattended. It would also prevent new devices from being missed and left unpatched.

  19. Add the ability to bulk import passwords either through the API or through a contact import using a CSV.

    Currently there's no way to take previously generated passwords and attach them to existing customers. The password manager feature is great, but without being able to bulk import existing data it becomes incredibly difficult to maintain contacts. This would also be useful if passwords expire and need to be maintained.

  20. Currently if we want to use the APIs to pull certain tickets or time entries for a particular client and/or a particular timeframe, we have to pull ALL THE TICKETS in our Atera account (which takes a long time, and generates a lot of traffic to Atera's servers).

    Can you please add additional criterias to avoid all this extra traffic and make the API calls faster?

    Time Entries and Tickets search:
    * Before date-time
    * After date-time
    * Customer ID
    * String in comments (all words, or any words).
