Agent translation in Italian
It would be nice to have Atera Agent text in other languages (in my case Italian). Curently it's unusable for most of my customers (they don't know english).
I can help with translation if needed.

Display EDR software under security
Would be helpful to see if an EDR software such as Huntress, Sentinel One, etc. is installed in the security area of a managed computer. Currently this section only pulls what's available from the Windows Security Center, and that doesn't seem to know what EDR software is for the most part.

Option to require the AI assistant looks at the knowledgebase before anything else
When building out our knowledge base (KB) on Atera for the AI assistant to pull from I have noticed that it will sometimes pull an answer from the internet that I do not want instead of checking for a KB article on the topic first.
It would be very helpful to better customize the AI assistant's answers if there were an option to force the AI assistant to review the KB every time before answering.12 votes -
Splashtop RMM for Linux
It would be helpful to have a Splashtop RMM client for Linux so that remote machines can be managed from a Linux computer. RMM will not launch when using Wine or Bottles to install the Windows version.

Device counter
Seems like it should just be a basic function so it's weird that it's not already there.
But, it would be really helpful if there was a counter at the top of the Devices list for customers showing the total number of devices. It's kind of silly to have to run a report just to see how many devices a customer has.

Organize Ticket Properties
I'd like to be able to determine the order of the ticket properties, as there are a few that we can't seem to move, even if the default and the ticket form have them in a certain order. Some items, while important to know, are not often changed and therefore could be further down on the list but do not show as so, even when on the bottom of both 'custom fields' and the form template lists.

Atera and Jira Service/Work management integration
This would be mind blowing. Integrating Tickets/alerts/knowledge/automations etc. from Atera to Jira Projects. Sky is the limit, you the experts! but this will be greatly appreciated - From the Whistle IT Team 🤓🙂

portal login
Have ability to send customers to the "Login using Activation Link" instead of the "email / password" option. Customers could bypass clicking the "Forgot Password" link.

Tree View Organization of Devices
It would be much more neater for the "Device" tab you guys chnaged the Web GUI to have company treeview of devices. Then from there the devices organized into folder. High level you are greeted with companies then expand to organized folders such as Tech defined AD Servers, Database Servers, Sales Desktops, Sales Laptop
That way for cleaner and simpler access to the computers you need without needing to create 100s of save views.

Shared Authenticator
The shared password manager is used constantly by me and my team, but we are constantly running into the issue of one of us having the Authenticator associated with one of our clients accounts when servicing and needing them to authenticate for us. Sometimes they're busy, sometimes they don't see it, sometimes they deny it, and even worse, they're positively reinforced for accepting it without double checking it's one of us.
A centralized shared authenticator would be a fantastic feature.

Help Desk Administrator
Atera should have additional billable (or free...) roles other than technicians. We have project managers & help desk admins that do not provide technical support.
We don't use Atera's ticketing because our admin staff would cost us an extra $300/month just for them use the help desk, nothing else.
We would love a discounted "role" of a "Help Desk Manager" who like a technician has granular access to help desk tickets per assigned client. But that's all they can do.
We have someone that can manage tickets, assign tickets, but do not have to be a full $150/month agent since…

Killing Two Ants With One Shoe
Title: Add Domain Account or specified accounts to Atera and to Shell/Scripts
Currently Atera uses system and current user for scripts and shell. Adding Domain credentials to Atera would eliminate storing passwords in clear text under scripts and make management easier for accessing domain resources - network drives etc...
With a system account - there is no access to domain network resources like drives. Yes there are work arounds using net use and possibly adding a domain account under Services.msc - Atera - Logon - domain account. What if the domain account breaks?....I mean yeah, there is a possibility to…

Script versioning
I just ran into an issue where a script was updated, but there was an error. There doesn't seem to be a way of restoring from a previous version or backup. It would be nice to have a history of the script and track changes.

More info in Audit Log
Info in Audit Log is often vague or missing. I want to see more activity. For example
1. What script was ran not just 'a script was ran'.
2. Patch installed, including patch name (currently patch install not recorded)
3. Technician John connected remotely with Splashtop

Email Encryption for all outgoing emails from Atera to Users via ticketing.
We often work with users who may need password resets or new account creations. It would be nice to have a built-in feature that allows us to encrypt these types of communications to ensure the safety and security of credentials. Currently, we have to use other software.

string modification on incoming email subject lines
Goal: To be able to strip RE: re: Re: rE: FW: fw: Fw: fW: and other common modifications of email subject lines from incoming emails. Overall want to increase the rate of which tickets automatically merge when end users reply.
Suggestion: Ticket automation rule to look for strings provided by technicians on incoming emails and remove them. Create helpful tools with the automation to prevent accidental removal of valid data. Such as clearing defining what "*RE:" does vs " RE: " vs " RE:" and etc etc.

option for multiple sites for customers
It would be helpful if we could create sites under customers for those that have multiple locations, and then assign agents and contacts to those sites.
