  2. Similar to other reboot requests, I would like to reboot at a given time only after a patch install. For instance, a workstation would reboot at 3:00 am only after a patch requiring a reboot was installed. Kaseya has this feature and it’s something really miss.

  3. Clients are security conscious, the small splashtop "user has logged in" bottom right corner of the screen often goes unnoticed and clients freak out when the mouse starts moving.
    Please allow the splashtop chat or something similar to teamviewer showing that a user is currently logged in to prompt something that we have logged in that's obvious for the user to see.
    Currently I've bound a script to a mouse button and manually click chat every time I log in so clients don't get paranoid I can silently log in.

  4. Currently, when in the Client->Device->Folders the filtered view doesn't show the checkboxes to select specific device, or all of them to run automation, scripts etc... We should basically see the same view as in the main Devices when filtered.
    I know we can create specific views by customer and filter by folders but I think we should be able to select the devices in the Customer Folders as well

  9. Link different tickets. No need to merge them but you want to have some problem under the same type of tickets. You can really see the impact of a certain issue.

  10. We have a customer how have som USB license disk.
    These USB Flash pin, does not have any free storage space at all, and the server gives us alarms.

    We could pause an alarm for X days, but the best solutions will be if we could skip disks from the monitoring, but still keep monitor the other disks.

  12. Zoho Books is used worldwide by thousands of companies. I use Zoho Desk for ticket management, but I will be happy to use Atera's full capabilities if there is integration with Zoho Books.

  13. User activity or when they are logged in and for how long etc. would be a real bonus with this software. The data is there, basically I would like to see when and for how long each PC/User is logged on especially now with people working at home

  14. Currently, you can pause alerts from the Device > Manage > Pause Alerts for up to 5 hours, we have a server we won't reach for over two days so we need a longer option

  16. Github integration for scripts to load this from public or private repositories. This way, other users can also comment / issues / version releases / pull request on scripts. Currently, scripts are checked before they are executed, in the event of errors you cannot give feedback or other users cannot see any feedback on scripting.

  17. When Anydesk is installed on a client computer, the "Network Discovery" feature in Anydesk is turned on by default. That means that users that open Anydesk can see other computers in their network. In addition to this, users can go to Privacy and change their username in Atera. These two in combination open up for someone to impersonate for example an IT-person, and then initiate a connection request to other unknowing users.

    This should be possible to adjust in Atera, so that either of these services can be turned off.

  18. More information from the PC's would be nice (e.g. take look at the amount of info that PDQ Inventory can grab from client devices without even requiring an agent installation).

  19. As an example, have the technicians use their active directory credentials to log into Atera instead of having another set of credentials to remember.

  20. Quickbooks Time integration within Atera web/mobile platform.

    Quickbooks Time is already a well established time tracking software that directly inputs time into Quickbooks (Online and Desktop), and accounts for other legal time tracking requirements such as state overtime laws, auditing of time editing/entry, location tracking, ect.

    They have an API to allow for integration into other platforms like Atera. Being able to do a start/stop timer with Quickbooks Time and that time being already tied to Quickbooks Payroll, will ensure that employees accurately track their time on tickets.
