Set Program to uninstall upon next use
It would be great to have the ability to select a program from the device inventory to uninstall even if the device is currently offline. The task would que for the next time the device is available.

Technician Role permissions
Roles within Admin need to have the ability to have more control of what features each group has.
Under RMM, the "Edit Device" feature is too strict. We want to be able to allow certain technicians to edit device names but not be able to delete them.Setting that can be turned off so that no technicians have the ability to delete anything.

FIPS Complian Agent
Use FIPS 140 compliant cryptographic algorithms for Agent Communications. Customers that have Compliancy requirements are unable to work with Atera Limiting our use case.

Attach attachments by dragging and dropping
It would be handy if we could attach any files by dragging and dropping instead of having to use the little paperclip and then manually browse to the location

splashtop printer
Make the Splashtop printer installation optional. The Splashtop printer confuses some of my clients and it is not needed on those PCs anyway. Splashtop is a little more reliable to me than AnyDesk but I need to lose those printers.

Server availability alert
All servers are by default monitored for availability but theres no way to change the threshold for that monitor. In some environments the internet connectiviy can be a challenge so it would be great to have the option to change the heartbeat monitoring time in a way it could be set to 10, 15, 30min or even 1 hour. Only if a device stays offline for that period it would raise an alert. (this is important for example for some African environments)

global contracts
Global contracts that can be re-used by multiple customers. Ie - set up 'Break Fix' 'Project' 'Retainer' Etc and then just select which one is default for each customer. Unless I'm (and chat support) missing something. We need to create the same contract/s for each customer... which means that if terms ever change within the business we would then need to change each contract/s for each customer.

Run Automation Profiles on-demand on specific agents (like scripts)
It would be great to have the option to run an automation profile on a specific agent computer on demand, the way we can scripts. I know we can setup automation profiles, assign customers or agents, then run them on everything they are assigned to. That works fine most of the time. Having the option to not just run scripts on demand for specific agents, but also automation profiles the same way would save us a lot of support time. Possibly even running an automation profile on an alert, the way we can assign scripts now.

Create a Vendor Module
Create a Vendor Module similar to the customer interface. It would be nice to be able to track tickets, equipment, installation dates and services requested from vendors. I would like to be able to have a vendor section that you could put in your open tickets, track repairs & scheduled installations with each vendor.

Software inventory to include Microsoft store apps/appx packages
More apps are being deployed through the Microsoft Store - we have a softphone solution we use, and its latest version is now a Microsoft store app. Running a software inventory doesn't show it or other appx packages.
we now cant run a software inventory to find out who has the softphone.
visibility in to what's installed is key, but now we are blind to certain types of app and bloatware on end users computers
