PowerBI reporting
Atera reporting isnt good, I could do with the ability to report real time so I can write my own meaningful reports for internal staff and external customers. I was advised this is a feature in the pipeline. If you have an early adopters program, I would like to be on it.

Report of all computers that have been on for more than 30 days
I need to generate a report of all of the computers in my account that have been on for more than 30 days so that I can tell them to reboot... Because rebooting FIXES 90% OF THE PROBLEMS!!! Imagine having less to deal with... :)

Workstation/Server Specification
At the moment Atera will install the agent but assign this to the customer in an “Unassigned” state. We then have to update this manually in to folders. Atera should be able to decide whether the device is a workstation or a server, that way it can automatically go in to the correct patching/IT automation profiles.

List the patch install date in the patch feedback report
List patch install date in report so we know going into it few days later how many were installed on scheduled day and how many were installed in the following days.

Customer/Device Group Feature
Add feature to group several customers and/or devices.
Also, add feature to apply a threshold profile or running a script on a group.Just one example: Group that contains all servers, so I can apply a threshold profile or run a script on all servers at once.

Increase the frequency that user logins are updated, 1 hour is too long when people machine share, this needs to be updated at user login please.

Network discovery sort by IP correctly
Sorting the result of network discovery by ip adress gives an alphabetic order (1, 10, 11, 12, .. 100, 101, 2, 20 21, 200, 201, ..3) instead of a correct alphanumeric sorting

Multiple Addresses For One Customer
We have many customers with more than 1 office location. We need a place to put these in the customer info page. Ideally, we would also have the option of attaching a specific location for a customer to a ticket for times when a site visit is necessary.
As it currently stands, we have tickets that require site visits, and no way other than manually making an internal note to tell the engineers which location they need to go to. Even if they go to the customer info page, there is no way of storing more than 1 address, so…

Open images in an additional tab browser instead of downloading.
It would be extremely helpful if I didn't have to download an image to view it from a ticket. I need to be able to reference the image will replying to a ticket many times because of the information they contain.
Instead using an HTML to fileToForceDownload, it would be so much better to ContentType = "application/pdf";

Assign a contact to multiple customers. a contact is manager of multiple customers. He can't see tickets from multiple customers. Help!
We need to be able to assign a contact to multiple customers. We need this so our contact can see tickets from multiple customers of which he is the manager. Now he can only see the tickets from the customer he is assigned to. When trying to add him to another customer we can't because the email is already in use. If we want to do this now we have to manually change the email in the ticket. If this guy makes 10 tickets we have to manually change the email in 10 tickets. After responding from his own email,…

Knowledge base access from a ticket
Be able to simply attach a link to a knowledge base article directly to a ticket, without having to leave the ticket, search the knowledge base, copy the url link and go back to the ticket and paste in the url...
Perhaps a pre populated drop down of articles or some such mechanism to directly access an article from a ticket.
This could be for a technicians benefit i.e. an SOP or the customers benefit, diy document.

ChatGPT (GPT-3 Engine) on Native Chat and/or Microsoft Teams
Having the option for customers to ask basic questions using the ChatGPT model (either using the native Atera chat or Microsoft Teams (Even better!)).
I would love to have the option to restrict the level of complexity that is provided to the person requesting the chat, as well as a "second-tier" that either transfers the chat to a real human that shows online, or automatically generates a ticket on behalf of the end user.13 votes -

Anydesk Remote on mobile APP
It would be very helpfull for Anydesk Remote and rest remote apps to work through Mobile App with pop-up integration. Till now only Splashtop is working based on Atera support.
