  1. All servers are by default monitored for availability but theres no way to change the threshold for that monitor. In some environments the internet connectiviy can be a challenge so it would be great to have the option to change the heartbeat monitoring time in a way it could be set to 10, 15, 30min or even 1 hour. Only if a device stays offline for that period it would raise an alert. (this is important for example for some African environments)

  4. We'd like to know if you would like the option to charge your customers through Atera.
    If so, would it be for recurring or one-time payments?
    Which payment method would you prefer- credit card, Paypal, ACH, SEPA etc. and why?

  8. Create a Vendor Module similar to the customer interface. It would be nice to be able to track tickets, equipment, installation dates and services requested from vendors. I would like to be able to have a vendor section that you could put in your open tickets, track repairs & scheduled installations with each vendor.

  9. More apps are being deployed through the Microsoft Store - we have a softphone solution we use, and its latest version is now a Microsoft store app. Running a software inventory doesn't show it or other appx packages.

    we now cant run a software inventory to find out who has the softphone.

    visibility in to what's installed is key, but now we are blind to certain types of app and bloatware on end users computers

  10. Currently it takes hours for software information to update automatically.
    It would be great if there was a button to manually update the software information in a Device list. This would also apply to software reporting data.

  11. I have a small business client who is all cloud based and doesn't have any servers that can act as a monitoring agent for devices on their network. I selected a desktop PC at their reception desk to act as the monitoring agent for the office printer but it is likely that PC will go offline. I'd like to be able to specify multiple monitoring agents to act as a fallback.

  12. When a signature is required to authorize a requested action I would like to add a signature box to an email and send it through to the customer for their action.
    this would cover us when sensitive work has been requested

  16. Having more options to quick search would be helpful minimizing the time to look into each device detail.
    for example I would love to see columns such as, Device serial number, Processor, Memory, MAC addresses ...

  17. Webhooks triggers on Alerts

    We are exploring the possibilities of using Webhooks to integrate Atera with Freshservice for the Alert system.

    Currently, your Webhooks system only allows actions to be triggered against tickets, meaning within ticket automations. We have already confirmed with your support team that a ticket created by an alert does not automatically close when the alert is resolved, which leaves the Freshservice alert disconnected if it is resolved from Atera, making the integration less functional.

  20. It would be nice to keep a history of asset changes. For example, we have all our laptops/desktops as assets. These items get assigned to a user but can be reassigned to someone else. It would be great to see everyone it has been assigned to. Also, if we change the name of a computer, that should be recorded in the asset history.
