  1. Currently if we want to use the APIs to pull certain tickets or time entries for a particular client and/or a particular timeframe, we have to pull ALL THE TICKETS in our Atera account (which takes a long time, and generates a lot of traffic to Atera's servers).

    Can you please add additional criterias to avoid all this extra traffic and make the API calls faster?

    Time Entries and Tickets search:
    * Before date-time
    * After date-time
    * Customer ID
    * String in comments (all words, or any words).

  2. Link different tickets. No need to merge them but you want to have some problem under the same type of tickets. You can really see the impact of a certain issue.

  4. I would like the option to REMOVE SECONDS when entering time.

    I only want to see DATE, HOUR, MINUTES for entering time. This could be an Admin setting check box to "Ignore Seconds when entering time". Or "Always set Seconds to 00"

  5. Zoho Books is used worldwide by thousands of companies. I use Zoho Desk for ticket management, but I will be happy to use Atera's full capabilities if there is integration with Zoho Books.

  7. Currently, you can pause alerts from the Device > Manage > Pause Alerts for up to 5 hours, we have a server we won't reach for over two days so we need a longer option

  8. Create method to email all customers regarding an outage. Outages that comes to mind are Microsoft service outage or Internet outage in a region.
    This method could be use to email all the contacts of a customer or to all customers.

  9. We'd like to know if you would like the option to charge your customers through Atera.
    If so, would it be for recurring or one-time payments?
    Which payment method would you prefer- credit card, Paypal, ACH, SEPA etc. and why?

  10. Github integration for scripts to load this from public or private repositories. This way, other users can also comment / issues / version releases / pull request on scripts. Currently, scripts are checked before they are executed, in the event of errors you cannot give feedback or other users cannot see any feedback on scripting.

  14. Since your agent will likely be on every workstation more functionality or options for WOL would be great. Often servers sit on a different VLAN/Network subnet than workstations. Regardless of that Atera only provides the option of a server to send the WOL packet. As we know WOL is an L2 protocol and will not cross network subnets/VLAN's inherently. If Atera could make the agents network subnet aware that would help a lot. Then when trying to wake up a workstation only options on the same network would be able to come up.

  15. Create a Vendor Module similar to the customer interface. It would be nice to be able to track tickets, equipment, installation dates and services requested from vendors. I would like to be able to have a vendor section that you could put in your open tickets, track repairs & scheduled installations with each vendor.

  16. Hi there, It would great that historic data is retained for previous users who have logged in, this could be time restricted, ie the last 3 months of active users, but something to allow us to review previous users.

  17. Please add a field where we can enter the MFA verification code. When saved, the MFA codes will refresh and allow us to complete multifactor authentication to client websites with MFA enforced.

  19. Atera reporting isnt good, I could do with the ability to report real time so I can write my own meaningful reports for internal staff and external customers. I was advised this is a feature in the pipeline. If you have an early adopters program, I would like to be on it.

  20. A billing batch may show XX tickets, but there's no way to see what XX tickets these are unless you bill it. If you jump over to the timesheet report there's no easy way to get the exact tickets and time totals. There should be be an easy way to check unbilled tickets before the batch is finalized.
