  7. Create a Vendor Module similar to the customer interface. It would be nice to be able to track tickets, equipment, installation dates and services requested from vendors. I would like to be able to have a vendor section that you could put in your open tickets, track repairs & scheduled installations with each vendor.

  8. Hi there, It would great that historic data is retained for previous users who have logged in, this could be time restricted, ie the last 3 months of active users, but something to allow us to review previous users.

  9. Currently it takes hours for software information to update automatically.
    It would be great if there was a button to manually update the software information in a Device list. This would also apply to software reporting data.

  10. I have a small business client who is all cloud based and doesn't have any servers that can act as a monitoring agent for devices on their network. I selected a desktop PC at their reception desk to act as the monitoring agent for the office printer but it is likely that PC will go offline. I'd like to be able to specify multiple monitoring agents to act as a fallback.

  13. Webhooks triggers on Alerts

    We are exploring the possibilities of using Webhooks to integrate Atera with Freshservice for the Alert system.

    Currently, your Webhooks system only allows actions to be triggered against tickets, meaning within ticket automations. We have already confirmed with your support team that a ticket created by an alert does not automatically close when the alert is resolved, which leaves the Freshservice alert disconnected if it is resolved from Atera, making the integration less functional.

  14. Would be nice to be able to do patching form the mobile device app when you are on the go or need to patch a software but don't have access to a laptop etc.

  16. It would be nice to have Atera Agent text in other languages (in my case Italian). Curently it's unusable for most of my customers (they don't know english).

  17. When building out our knowledge base (KB) on Atera for the AI assistant to pull from I have noticed that it will sometimes pull an answer from the internet that I do not want instead of checking for a KB article on the topic first.
    It would be very helpful to better customize the AI assistant's answers if there were an option to force the AI assistant to review the KB every time before answering.

  18. It would be helpful to have a Splashtop RMM client for Linux so that remote machines can be managed from a Linux computer. RMM will not launch when using Wine or Bottles to install the Windows version.

  19. Seems like it should just be a basic function so it's weird that it's not already there.

    But, it would be really helpful if there was a counter at the top of the Devices list for customers showing the total number of devices. It's kind of silly to have to run a report just to see how many devices a customer has.

  20. I'd like to be able to determine the order of the ticket properties, as there are a few that we can't seem to move, even if the default and the ticket form have them in a certain order. Some items, while important to know, are not often changed and therefore could be further down on the list but do not show as so, even when on the bottom of both 'custom fields' and the form template lists.
