    Hallo Atera,
    gibt es eine Möglichkeit den Schwellenwert der Verfügbarkeitsüberwachung anzupassen? Sprich den Wert zum Beispiel auf 10 Minuten oder mehr zu erhöhen?

  4. PandaDoc

    PandaDoc is an amazing platform for document creation, e-sign, quote builder, has tons of community-made templates, and lots of other features. Since I only see 1 option for document creation and e-sign in the application store, this would be a welcome addition. Being able to pull in contract rates to a pandadoc quote builder document, MSA, SLA, SOW, etc would be an awesome feature!

  5. list of "My ideas" in the atera's features board

    It would be very nice if there was a serch button in the feature board that list all the ideas that the user posted.

    I wanted to see hoe many votes people voted for my ideas and couldn't find it via simple search.

    We have been using ESET for years and we would like to have it integrated with Atera. I understand ESET is now available in the US. It would be very helpful if it could be expanded to Canada as well.

  9. Customize the title when creating the event via Atera

    When schedule time in google or outlook, it would be helpful if I can cusotmize the title. for example, I want that the name of the customer will be added automaticly after the [Atera #TicketNumber]. It would be great if the details of the ticket or the customer address also will be transfered to the calendar event.

  11. SNMP Reports of OID Values

    We have a printer vendor that asks us to provide page counts for all printers on a monthly basis. It would be useful to be able to schedule a report with the current value for that OID on all selected SNMP monitored printers. I'm sure these reports would also provide valuable daily/weekly/monthly snapshots for other OID values as well.

  12. excluding events based on details within the event description.

    I'm proposing a new feature for the event monitoring functionality that would allow for more granular filtering based on event details.

    Current Situation:

    We currently monitor events based on Event IDs, such as Event ID 5136. However, there are situations where specific descriptions within those events are not relevant to our needs.
    Proposed Feature:

    The proposed feature would enable us to filter events based on keywords or phrases within the event description. This would allow us to:

    1- Reduce Noise: Exclude irrelevant events like those containing "AC Power" in the description for Event ID 5136.

  13. Full device stats under favorites list

    When you filter your devices into folders like we do (servers. workstations, production) You lose some important view that can only be viewed by the "all" tab I would like to see all the stats under the filtered folder view like patches, health and frankly all others.

  14. Add more device attribute filters

    When using search or filters I should be able to use device information like serial, model, make, battery health, etc

    The more filters and search attributes possible the better.

    What would I use them for? For example if I want to deploy an app, script, or path to a model of device.

    Maybe I want to make groups of devices that are the same model for driver patch deployment.

    A user calls and all they can give me is the asset tag or serial. Should be able to look up the device.

  15. IPv6 feature for the IP login list

    We use the 2FA feature to secure oure logins, but would like to use the IP whitelist feature too. Except this is curently not able with the use of IPv6, we would like too use this feature.

  17. Refine Task Automation with more scope for failed devices

    From what I understand from the Helpdesk I just spoke to when a automated task such as sfc /scannow or dism commands occurs or even other tasks that require a system that does not need a restart the following applies.
    1. Offline devices will try to perform the task when they start>>which is fine
    2. Online devices that fail for example due to "pending other operations described above say needs a restart for updates" the task will fail and NOT try again.

    Would it not be better to have the option on automated tasks to have a tick box for…

  18. data portability

    Data Portability needs to be prioritized. The Knowledge Base needs to have the ability to bulk export all the knowledge articles we create. I can't trust using a service if there isn't an easy way to get our data out when needed.

  20. Change monitoring agent in bulk

    I saw there is no way to change the monitoring agent for multiple devices, i have to do it one by one it will be very helpful if i can do it in bulk
