  1. Invoices for add-ons only show a total amount for each service, but multiple customers are represented. For a product like Acronis, it's very difficult to break down the total and know what should be billed to each of my customers. Going to the Acronis portal and viewing usage is possible, but there's no historical data to support the usage in comparison to the Atera bill date unless you look at it at the exact moment that Atera's bill is created.

    I have other services with other providers like Pax8. They are a bit more expensive for Acronis, but they break…

  2. Please add the following info to the classic report and more importantly the API export functionality.

    Battery ID
    Battery Health
    Battery Design Capacity
    Battery Full Charge Capacity
    Battery Cycle Count

    This info is available in the agent page for specific agents but being able to export it to a CSV would allow us to know, on mass, which devices have "x" low battery health and need replacing!

  3. When running scripts, to stay in that drop down so you can run other scripts. Currently you need to go into manage, run scripts and search again for the nex script you want to run.

  4. I would really like the option to have Atera's interface available in Dutch, so I can present the service portal to the employees of my company. Not all of them read or understand English.

  5. When we set up a monitored OID and expect to receive an alert when the alert is triggered, it is crucial that description of that alert we set up is included somewhere in that email.

    Without it, when we receive the alert email, we have to then go back into Atera and into the device to figure out which alert was actually triggered. Small change I feel but would have a huge impact.

  7. Add an option to cancel scheduled or in process scripts which have yet to run due to offline devices or timing. Not sure where this would be added but the "Recent Processes" page seems like a good location. However, this may not be possible since it is technically a report page.

  9. Generate agent health report from device page. When investigating a device, it would be handy to be able to generate the agent health report right from the device page instead of needing to choose reports, customer, device name then generate which takes you off the device page.

  13. Please show both the landline and mobile number on contact cards. What is really an issue is sometimes we only have a mobile listed, and not a landline. The contact card at a glance is misleading, since it shows NA next to the landline. At the least, if only one number is present, that should be the one shown in the contact card. Again, probably easier and better to show both

  14. Maybe this is a bug, but I notice on the Android Mobile app (using a fully updated Google Pixel 6a) if you have not run the remote connection from a PC initially, the option to Connect on mobile is greyed out. After connecting at least once to trigger the install it works on mobile as expected.

    Maybe this is how it is supposed to be, but it would be nice if the default remote got installed fully when the agent does. Often times when out remote and installing new agents, it is nice to quickly verify full connectivity from mobile…

  18. Have the Ability to have a Dropdown that is Dynamic for example if I wanted to add a custom dropdown on a user where I can set their manager I can create a custom dropdown where it lists all the users in my account for me to select. This can even be extend to Dropdown with dependences where I can limit/group the users by site.

  19. The ability to pull information from scripts that have been run via Atera and then publish the content to a custom field.

    An example would be to run a script to change the local admin password everyday, and then publish that new password to a custom field for that device in Atera.

    We have seen with other RMM vendors via other MSPs that this is achieavble.

  20. Hello,

    Is there any way to get notification for every hour for "Machine status unknown"?
    The Atera notification "Machine status unknown - agent has not established communication within the expected interval." was sent only once per server. This should be sent every hour while the server is offline
