SNMP Reports of OID Values
We have a printer vendor that asks us to provide page counts for all printers on a monthly basis. It would be useful to be able to schedule a report with the current value for that OID on all selected SNMP monitored printers. I'm sure these reports would also provide valuable daily/weekly/monthly snapshots for other OID values as well.
Hi,
We're excited to inform you that the feature you suggested has been implemented, please review the most recent comment from us here:

Hello everyone,
Good news - this exists today in Analytical Reports.
Where
• Reports → Analytical reports → + → Devices (Explore)
• Requires Tier 3/4 to build/schedule:
– MSP: Power (T3), Superpower (T4)
– IT Departments: Master (T3), Enterprise (T4)
(View-only on Growth/Expert.)What you can report
• Under “SNMP Device” you’ll find 22 SNMP-related fields (Monitored OIDs and OID Values groups) including last-polled time, description, value, and counts. Screenshot is attached.Example: monthly printer page-count snapshot
• Open Devices (Explore).
• Add dimensions: Agent name (device), Device ID, Monitored OID description (or OID value key), Monitored OID last polled Date.
• Add measure/dimension for the reading: OID value.
• Filter to your page-count OID (by OID key or description), and to “Monitored OID last polled Week/Month is in the last 1 week/1 month” to keep the latest reading.
• Visualization = Table. Sort by last-polled descending.
• Save as a dashboard (My folder or Shared) and add optional filters (customer/site, OID key).
• Schedule delivery (PDF/CSV/Image) on your desired cadence (e.g., monthly) to your recipients.Power tips:
• Blend with agent fields (site/customer, model, location) from the same Devices dataset to label each printer.
• Use conditional formatting on the OID value to highlight thresholds or drift.
• Dashboards refresh quickly on run; scheduled deliveries give you daily/weekly/monthly snapshots. If your plan needs an upgrade, please let us know by contacting Support so we can enable the trial for you.
PS: I'm hosting an Analytical Report Power User Workshop on December 11, 2025. I will demonstrate the foundations of how the Analytical Reports can be used. Please join me here: https://www.atera.com/webinars/
It should be announced soon, but I thought it might come in handy so you can start building reports and dashboards with ease.
