  1. Allow creating of folders based in filtered criteria (e.g. servers).

    This way we don't have to remember to manually add new servers to the folder that is getting server based automation.

  5. Guys how can an RMM this advance "NOT" have the simple ability to CC other user when creating a ticket in the portal??? this is basic stuff Why should anyone one have to ask for this? Atera is head and shoulders above the others but the guys over at Ninja are poking fun at you for this.

    Very embarrassing!

  8. ARM processor support for Windows 10 and Mac OS. Since Apple is going to be moving towards the ARM processors in the future for their lines. Will need to be able to support them. Microsoft Surface lines as well as several Laptops that utilize LTE with Windows 10 mostly run on ARM processors.

  9. If the "Folder" field could simply be added to the Auditor Report Excel exports that would be awesome.

    We have organised our devices by customer and then by folder but without the folder field showing in the Auditor Report exports that categorisation is lost.

  10. When creating a ticket from an agent, it does not set that agent in the ticket.
    The agent is automatically set based on which contact is selected when creating the ticket. (I have just confirmed this is the case with support)

    There is also no Agent menu on the New Ticket page, so technicians need to open the ticket again after creating it to correctly set the agent.

    Contact and Agent should be independent as often we need to clear changes (buying software, hardware upgrades, etc.) with some form of management -be it business owner or their finance department- before…

  12. The auditor reports are outdated when it comes to reporting on installed builds ('service packs') of Windows 10.

    Please add functionality to specify Windows 10 builds (21H2, 2004, 1909, etc) as criteria for warnings or critical alerts.

  13. Periodically, we'll have emails come into Atera that generate new tickets instead of link to an existing ticket. It'd be a really simple and huge quality of life improvement if Atera can auto-suggest merging tickets. For example, if an email comes in for a customer with a subject like "RE: Recycle old servers", and there's already a ticket for that same custom with subject "Recycle old servers", when I click into the ticket generated for "RE: Recycle old servers", have some sort of button to say, "It looks like there's already a ticket, should I merge them?"

  14. In the software report, there is a link that makes a modal window appear with a list of devices with the result of the search. Mostly we uninstall apps from here, but not all apps can be removed by Atera this way and the uninstall button is disabled. If you have many devices in the list it would be good to be able to jump to each device if you linked the "device name" column to the actual device.

  16. It would be great to inform the customer that Atera agent was installed successfully (by pop-up message, email or report about successfully installed agents). Because the customer is a little confused when installation progress is started but then nothing happened on the desktop.

  17. This needs an overhaul and the following additional features would be an improvement.

    Scheduled Device Scan for Updates

    After updates have completed If a user is logged in prompt to reboot every set period of time until reboot accepted.

    After Updates If a user is not logged in attempt to reboot to schedule based on local device time.

    Allow local admin credential injection in order to force updates through that require a device to not just be turned on but logged in to work.

    Approve or Reject updates and set priority for security and critical updates based on the CVE.

  18. It would be helpful to be able to set the IP Range, that will be scanned. Haveing a Network with different Ranges connected trough VPNs and haveing a Domain, now we are not able to distribute the Agents to machines in other IP-Range then the Server with his Agent is.

  19. It would be nice to have separate Folders for Password. So that it is easier to manage and sort through the passwords.

    Under Passwords we can have customizable folders with the different Password types. i.e. Windows Logins, Email, and so on
