Ability to embed or insert video in tickets or KB's
When creating KB's or just replying in a ticket, it would be terrific to be able to embed (or insert) a video for easy instruction purposes. It would cut down on communication time and make life easier for the client.

Just to add, this functionality was originally in the Knowledgebase 18-24 months ago, as we embedded Fleeq.io videos in our articles. It was only when we switched to Loom and tried to update the articles that we realised the embed/code view button was taken away - we raised a ticket and the functionality was removed due to security concerns with the underlying functionality. If this could be reinstated somehow that would be excellent.
