  5. Patch management is displaying the Maximum size of the patch, which is completely useless. I'd rather see the acutal size (like in MS catalog)

  6. In a AD domain environment, users are granted remote control access rights to allow RDP when teleworking. It'd nice to have a complete enumeration report per device. The report whould also take into account broken entries for deleted AD users.

  8. Make Regedit screen larger. When going deep into Regedit, you can no longer see or read the columns you are working on, the window is not adjustable either. Please make the screen larger or scalable, or even add a scroll bar would help.

I have many systems that the Atera Agent Tray icon does not load for, even after manually adding: reg add "HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" /v AlphaHelpdeskAgent /t REG_SZ /d "C:\Program Files\Atera Networks\AteraAgent\Packages\AgentPackageTicketing\TicketingTray.exe" /f
    to the systems per chat support.

    I would like a way for the "Devices > Help Desk Agents > Activate" option to be automated on a schedule.

  10. Allow for remote deployment of agent from network discovery via a non domain controller server or PC. Currently the agent can only be deployed remotely from a site scanned from a scanning agent that is a DC. This would be useful in cases where sites connect back across a VPN with no DC on site or are connected to a cloud service for Active Directory.

  13. I'd like to see a dedicated dashboard per client basis but also something that they could monitor themselves but with a delay that could be set by the administrator. So if it checks for internet connectivity or pings another host or measures a heartbeat then on failures goes red and notifies us first then have it show up on the customers dashboard after x minutes to allow reaction time based on the SLA we define with them. Also a way to exclude scheduled reboots would be cool and maybe just go yellow for rebooting or something.

  14. For the fields you can set to DropDown with Dependencies - is there a way to nest those further instead of only having Values and Children?
    For example if we wanted:

    Value: Request Type = Computer
    Child Value:Hardware
    Sub Value -> Monitor
    Keyboard
    Mouse
    Etc.
    Child Value:Software
    Sub Value -> Adobe
    Sub Sub Value -> Reader DC
    Pro
    PhotoShop
    Etc.
    Sub Value -> Microsoft
    Sub Sub Value -> Outlook
    Word
    Excel
    PowerPoint
    Etc.

  15. We are using Atera for an internal IT team not an MSP, but when we buy things from vendors it would be very helpful to be able to Create/Track/Relate POs for these items. Ideally some things to include would be:

    Order Information:
    PO Number - Auto Number with option to set starting number
    Status (Open, Canceled, Partially Received, Received)
    Date Ordered
    Date Required
    Date Received/Closed
    Payment Terms - Selectable from List or Add New To List

    Requestor Information - Selectable from Users
    Requestor Name
    Email
    Phone
    Department
    Location

    Vendor Information - Selectable from List or Add New To List

    Per this link above, There is a feature which was released about reboot required.

    However in real practice, We cant get benefit from such.

    I propose there should be certain addition in regards to Reboot Required Indicator.

    1) Alerting when and which device require a reboot
    2) From Device Page, We should be able to Filter out the Reboot Required items
    3) Reporting - There should be a dedicated report in regards to this

    Hope all the community agree to this and together we strive to make Atera a Great Product !

  19. We have one big customer with several hundred Office365 licenses allocated in different domains. It would be helpful if atera can sum up how many Office365 licences are provided to the customer / per domain.
    The MS Admin center has a great and easy overview what Atera should use as well, maybe more detailed. It could be provided in the MS License Report.

    Microsoft 365 Business Basic 299/300
    Microsoft 365 Business Standard 112/113
    Office 365 E1 4/5

    Amount per domain:
    Even better would be an integration at the customer site where we already can provide the domain where…

  20. A way to find agents that do not have an Automation profile assigned. I missed assigning a automation profile to a site during a setup. I found out a month later when these machines did not restart at the expect maintenance window. I am now wondering if there are others I have missed. I don't fancy checking every single site or agent!
