Print/export pre-defined reports (Recent Processes)
Print or export reports such as Recent Processes. we update many machines using the scripting process, and would like to have a list of the results, rather than having to use the print page of the browser.

Scheduled custom scripts and templates
I switched to Atera from Kaseya VSA. So far I'm loving the simplicity, ease of use, and much more reasonable pricing of Atera in comparison. One of the few things that I do miss about Kaseya VSA, however, was the ability to keep a library of scripts (command prompt, powershell, terminal, etc). They could be organized into folders and subfolders, and had permission based sharing - so you could make specific scripts and folders accessible to everyone, restricted groups (such as employees or managers), or keep it private so only you could access them. Kaseya VSA had a large pre-installed…

Add the ability to see if the User's Helpdesk Agent is "Enabled" or not
Since the default is disabled, there should be a way to see if it is enabled in the GUI without having to use a script or something of the like.
Or have a global setting to "Enable" it by default so that you don't have to configure each machine.

Reporting for Patch Management
Patch reporting needs to tell you which machines are missing which patch, at present, it just says that so many machines are missing this patch which is not helpful to us or the end customer :O

Windows Update from devices dashboard
Need the ability to push out windows updates en masse from the devices dashboard, similar to pushing a script to multiple computers or assigning an automation profile. This would come in handy when something was missed during a scheduled install or a batch of new machines.

Script and software install for offline system
Set some scripts / software installation to run for offline systems as soon as they report online,
Curranty you can install software or run scripts if a system is online, can we set these software or scripts to run for some machines even if it is offline, and it can be executed when the system/agent is online?

Billing User License
It would be super beneficial if I had an account that could not remote into any machines; but could have access to the billing, and reports for clients.
Right now it does not make $ense to pay for a tech license just so my accountant can see the billing information and reconcile the invoices.

"actionable" reports, links in reports
we need a way to act on reports. For example, these machines all need to update the software we filtered for: https://i.imgur.com/x7WyXn0.png - so we would need a checkbox in front and a button to apply an automation profile and a shutdown button etc. (the more actions the better).
this may be a big project to implement, so let us at least jump to the machine with a link like this: https://i.imgur.com/7O0BhvX.png

Separate Favorites list
Under each company, my "Favorites" list should not be the same as other Atera users Favorites list. In some cases, certain roles don't have or shouldn't have access to the same machines even, so our Favorites list should not be the same.

chocolatey rate limiting
It's good if Atera has it's own caching server for avoiding Chocolatey public repo limitations and IP ban, or even better if we can also set ours manually.
Accessing the choco logs from the web interface might also come into great help.
I run software updates for 100+ machines on premises and the option of Atera patch management is not usable as is.9 votes -
Warning When Multiple Session Are Happening
When multiple techs are connected to the same machine, would be nice to have a warning so we know that another tech is connected already.

Wake on Lan to use Public IP address
Wake-on-LAN: It’s a brilliant feature that for the most part works really well, however sometimes a local IP doesn’t get reported from the machine to Atera. It’s got one and it’ll be registered with the DHCP server on the network etc, but because it wasn’t reported to Atera, Atera can’t wake it up. I know the device could be woken up, and I then have to use additional tools to wake the device up, so if there was an override of some sort, or the Wake-on-LAN feature used the public IP address to define the network for instance, this would/should…

MacOS .pkg software upload support
We get MacOs in our environment here and there and have a 3rd party antivirus that needs remotely installed and if needed other PKG type applications would need to be installed as well silently. We need Atera to support .PKG file types and know how to install on a MAC via the upload script method.
Having to manually script it is very messy and requires a lot of third-party integrations and sometimes permissions need to be adjusted at the machine level locally. There needs to be more support for silent installation of applications for MacOS for us who can't guarantee…

Automap device to customer
Rather than manually adding the devices to a client / customer allow automation to detect either the external IP or internal domain name and then map accordingly.
Some of my clients rebuild their machines regularly and it would be handy to have these automap rather than having to ensure they are associated with the correct customer constantly.

Add alert duration and when it happened
Would like to know how long did an alert last for and when did it happen: Scenario: You need to know the exact time an issue started with a machine and when it was resolved so that you know how long the issue went on for and you also want to use the exact time to help you match the cause in some other log such as the windows event viewer.

Ability to access devices without remoting into it
Ability to access devices on the network their web gui, without having to log into a machine. Being able to pass httpp and access the log-in, without having to log into the device in the network. Other RMMs do have that capability. Web interface that we can log into. Pass through one of the devices on the network and just pull up back-end web interface where we can log in without disturbing the customer.

Add indicator on ticket that a remote session is active or when the last remote session was held
Either somewhere on the ticket, indicate who is currently viewing the ticket (or who has most recently viewed the ticket) or something indicating a tech is currently remoted to that device. For example, I had an urgent ticket come in and I reached out (via external communication) to a specific tech to address the ticket. By looking at the ticket I can see in he's assigned the ticket to himself and asked the contact for permission to remote to her computer. She responded and now I don't know what is going on (and because they are gold customers and a…

Show which devices are managed by InTune
Would also be nice to somehow link the machines from atera to intune(or at least have a section showing it’s managed by intune).

Alert thresold time inmterval should have option to set up with minutes, hours, and days.
Alert time interval should have option to set up with minutes, hours, and days.
we should have option to configure if an alert generate now, the same alert should not generate either next 1hr, 24hr, or next 7 days . presently you have the option to manually configure it through registry of each agent machine, which is not at all possible. if alert time interval is not setup like this then there will be a flood of tickets.1 vote
