Scheduled custom scripts and templates
I switched to Atera from Kaseya VSA. So far I'm loving the simplicity, ease of use, and much more reasonable pricing of Atera in comparison. One of the few things that I do miss about Kaseya VSA, however, was the ability to keep a library of scripts (command prompt, powershell, terminal, etc). They could be organized into folders and subfolders, and had permission based sharing - so you could make specific scripts and folders accessible to everyone, restricted groups (such as employees or managers), or keep it private so only you could access them. Kaseya VSA had a large pre-installed library of various common scripts. You could copy and edit from one of those scripts to use as a template, or just make your own custom scripts from scratch. There were also community-shared scripts that you could grab, where other MSPs had published their own scripts.
This would be very useful to have, and be able to deploy in bulk or individually to select agents, machine groups, and/or customers. Think of it as a cloud based, multi-end point "task scheduler" like what is built in to the Windows OS.
