Billing User License
It would be super beneficial if I had an account that could not remote into any machines; but could have access to the billing, and reports for clients.
Right now it does not make $ense to pay for a tech license just so my accountant can see the billing information and reconcile the invoices.

Could atera not make a billing admin user type, this account would be blocked from tickets section but have reporting capability -

We really need to be able to add an admin / billing user, without paying for a full technician license.
As a early MSP, as we are trying to grow, I now have an Office Admin and obviously there are a number of costs associated with this. The cost of another technician license just for a few hours per month of billing / reporting work is excessive, and would really limit our ability to continue to grow.
I know this has been requested for years, and may not ever be addressed. Just know that it is a limitation - and an actual negative impact for some of us.
