Allow agent to use multiple sessions to allow multi monitor use without nag message
Very simple I've noticed a new marketing message trying to sell an addional agent licence because I'm logged into Atera twice. Techically I'm not using 2 licences I'm simply spreading interface items across mulitple monitors. I only ever initiate a machine connection from always the same instance. I use the second session to look at tickets, call up passwords, check documentation. I use 4 monitors and a single webpage session just doesn't cut in these days and navigation gets rather clumsy moving round the same session. Agent Cleanup Executable
I recently had issue with needing the end user to initiate a TeamViewerQS session so I could manually remove (regedit) ALL relationships to the AteraAgent. After a reboot, I was then able to re-install the agent.
To have an enduser able to run the executable to clean up, then run the installer, after a reboot would have resolved the issues with this client's machine weeks earlier.

create ticket with remote connect to customer computer
Having a ticket automatically created when a tech hits the Connect button to remotely login to a customer machine. There are times when a tech will connect to a computer to do or check something when there is not already a ticket created. Having a ticket automatically created or opened to fill in by the tech any time they connect would keep them from forgetting to track their time or documenting what they do. contract on folder
The option to assigned contract not on a customer but on a folder in device for a customer.
remote monitoring contract can count all device type on a customer and bill that up against the contract rate.
Say you take 300$ for PC support and the client has 10 machines then it will automaticly bill the client 3000$.
But what if the client has 5 machines with 300$ support pack and 5 machines with a 150$ support pack. This you can't autobill with the remote monitoring contract.

agent config and global agent control after install
I would love to globally set my agents to only play sound on the remote machine and not on mine, and also to remove the splashtop printers as I don't need them. It would be useful to have both of these options configured as default for new agents also

Ability to delete jobs within "recent processes" inside of classic reports
Some jobs get stuck in the "in progress" State and the ability to remove them would be great. Especially when they fail and have to be run again, this will prevent us from having multiple of the same processes for one machine. Which in turn will making viewing the report much easier when updating or running scripts on multiple machines at once.

Licensing option for Remote Control only
I am a manager in a team of 5. Myself and one other are dedicated to maintaining the hardware and endpoint software on our network. We both have Atera licences and work onsite.
I also have 3 team members who develop inhouse software applications for use by our clinical colleagues. All three of these team members now work from home permanently. There have been many occasions where it would have been useful for these three colleagues to have the ability to remote control users machines who are onsite for support and training purposes, particularly recently.

System shutdowns should either report under the "Last Reboot Time" or in their own category.
I was told they are not the same, but it is basically the same. You want to know when the system was rebooted/shutdown. I had a client that hadn't rebooted, but they shutdown their machine every night. The system reports this as uptime, which is very wrong.

Compare serial number of agent in order to hunt down the same agent appearing multiple times in atera
Have atera compare serial number on device in order to make it easier to hunt down the same agent appearing twice or more because of reinstall of client.
It would be nice with joint report that shows clearly what machines and to what customer they are connected. And also a auto cleanup cross all customers and for a single customer.

Check shared cluster volume remaining space
Our company needs to monitor the available space for shared volume clusters so our virtual machines don't shut down all at once. The problem is that Atera can only monitor available space on drive letters and nowhere else.
Right now we're using a powershell script to regularly check in on the cluster volume, which is far from ideal.

Ability to set Active Hours in Patch Deployment.
Ability to set active hours on Windows 10 machines and Windows servers from the Patch Management templates.

Broadcast a message / also ability to scheduled a broadcast message.
If we can broadcast message to specific client, we can remind them to leave their computer on over night so scheduled update would be run. Or if there is a scam email being send to everyone in the organization, we could let them know to delete the message. As Atera agent already installed on all the machines, pushing a pop up message would help to reach many users quickly.

Restart User Notification
When scheduling a device to restart, the notification to user is way too short and in some cases it goes away immediately.
I would like to:
A) set a timer so user can save their work etc
B) Have an option of custom canned messages or allow for a custom message to be added.That way if we need an user to stop using a machine while we work on it they can save their work and be notified.

not include date in device search
I would love the ability to include/exclude/choose which data to search when searching Devices.
I manage medical equipment, and some machine names have "OCT" in the name, as they're OCT machines. Today when searching for the OCT at a remote site within Atera/Devices, the list wasn't narrowed because the search apparently includes the date...and it's OCTober. Was pretty frustrating to scroll the list of devices to find the one I was looking for.
Machine names, usernames, WAN and/or LAN gateway IP addresses, and possibly DNS servers would be my main desired items to search "Devices" for. The date is…

Company Wide Policies
We have moved from Ninja to Atera and the difference in Policies is a bit disappointing.
With Ninja we could have company wide policies applied to "Servers" or "Workstations" and a Mac, Windows and Linux option.
However, we don't seem to have an option like that with Atera, instead we have to make sure to manually apply server polices to servers and workstation policies to workstations.
Each Policy would also give us the option to setup alerts and scheduled tasks/script which doesn't seem to be in Atera.

Network Scan
It would be helpful to be able to set the IP Range, that will be scanned. Haveing a Network with different Ranges connected trough VPNs and haveing a Domain, now we are not able to distribute the Agents to machines in other IP-Range then the Server with his Agent is.

See how many alerts per device
How many times has a machine raised an alert:
Scenario: You want to know if the same issue keeps occurring on a particular pc.
You set the alert status filter to Resolved – but there is no way to filter the list to just that machine and then while you are scrolling to find it the list suddenly refreshes and annoyingly puts you back at the top of the list!
Please give us an export to excel function and a filter by agent, and the ability to pause the list refresh!2 votes -
Improve Logging for Software Updates
Currently if a software update via Chocolatey or Winget fails, we get a very generic "action failed" message. It would be helpful to know what failed and to pull logs about the failure into the Atera console so that we don't need to remotely connect to the machine and drill down into local log files to identify the cause.

selinux
Linux agent doesn't work if SELinux is enabled. I've written a lot of Policies already in an attempt to get this to work, and after writing over 14, it seems like it may never end. Ideally, there needs to be a patch, plugin, module, or something to get it to work with SELiunx.
