Broadcast a message / also ability to scheduled a broadcast message.
If we can broadcast message to specific client, we can remind them to leave their computer on over night so scheduled update would be run. Or if there is a scam email being send to everyone in the organization, we could let them know to delete the message. As Atera agent already installed on all the machines, pushing a pop up message would help to reach many users quickly.

A Script to send a Desktopmessage to all active users.For example: Downtime or force the users to log out because of updates or maintenance on serverprograms etc...

This is invaluable. If we have an unplanned system outage it would be so beneficial to send them a pop-up alert so we don't have 500+ people submitting tickets regarding the outage. This way they know we are aware and working on it, and we can send another when the issue is resolved. It would be especially helpful if it can be limited to specific locations & even devices in case it is a limited issue. We began looking into DesktopAlerts, but it's costly for how rarely we would be using it. https://www.alert-software.com/

I am 100% with this feature request, its important to inform employe fast and more faster than an email. Sometime, the email service is down, it can help to get less call from all employe or to ask for something remotely to someone.
It need to be easy to select or create a group of computer

This will allow the IT-Dpt to notify users of things, say the office's antivirus is being changed to another. Just send a pop-up to the screens to remind them to keep their machines on when they leave so the IT-Dpt can use scripts while they're out of the office so no one's work gets disrupted :)

It would be neat if we could post an announcement or other service information intended for technicians that would display at the top of Atera as a banner

Banner that pops up on when you open a client where you can add a note so the next technician that goes onto that customer can see what has been done as of last. IT glue does it.
