Company Wide Policies
We have moved from Ninja to Atera and the difference in Policies is a bit disappointing.
With Ninja we could have company wide policies applied to "Servers" or "Workstations" and a Mac, Windows and Linux option.
However, we don't seem to have an option like that with Atera, instead we have to make sure to manually apply server polices to servers and workstation policies to workstations.
Each Policy would also give us the option to setup alerts and scheduled tasks/script which doesn't seem to be in Atera.
For example, we have a 2 main policies set for all servers. "Scheduled Reboot" and "Restart Backup Services". We need to remember to apply both these policies to any servers we add to Atera.
It would be much simplier to be able to have a "Company Policy" and each policy we could add multiple scripts at different schedules, custom alerts etc which we can apply to a company.

Another suggestion would be to have the ability to assign multiple policies to a set of devices (site/folder/devices). I see there are plans to add more policies in the future, so being able to create a policy for one specific setting (say reboot after hours), then create another separate policy for another setting (say "control windows updates with Atera") would be very useful. This would give granular control over policies, which is needed for some environments.

The other thing is setting the time for Windows update restart configurations. The Restart outside of active hours option allows for the definition of a range of hours. It is unclear as to whether the range of hours are the active hours, or the time outside of active hours. Also there is an assumption some where of a time zone. Since there is no way to attach a picture to these comments. The active hours time range should have a from time and an until time, and it should be able to be configured for each day. So, a table like UI with Days across the top and all the hours of the day in the columns underneath, a user should be able to select the hours for an update to occur for the specific customer. The timezone should be displayed for the customer in the same panel, and should be able to be changed here as well.

Agree, should have custom grouping, then be able to add customers, or endpoints to the groups. Then be able to apply a policy to them. Also, would be good to apply custom attributes or tags to endpoints, then apply a policy to the endpoints with specific tags.
