An error occurred while saving the comment JU commentedAnother suggestion would be to have the ability to assign multiple policies to a set of devices (site/folder/devices). I see there are plans to add more policies in the future, so being able to create a policy for one specific setting (say reboot after hours), then create another separate policy for another setting (say "control windows updates with Atera") would be very useful. This would give granular control over policies, which is needed for some environments.

An error occurred while saving the comment JU commentedI feel a tree view would be most appropriate in the Sites section where you could expand/collapse a site, then expand/collapse subfolders within the site.

An error occurred while saving the comment JU commentedThe Device view should include customizable columns to display devices in a list view and show things like:
Compute Name
IP address (internal)
IP address (external)
OS name
OS version/build info
Current logged on user
Last logged on user
Last date seen
Uptime
Domain
OUHaving the ability to sort these columns would also be helpful. Bonus points for being able to right click an entry in the list to perform various actions (cmd, reboot, remote control, assign policy, etc.).

100% agree with this. It would be great to have the option to exclude from servers, or a group of devices identified by a folder/site/etc.
Our workaround right now is to run a script to uninstall AnyDesk after the agent is installed on servers. However, this doesn't prevent AnyDesk from being installed again. As soon as you click "Connect" in the console, AnyDesk re-installs itself.
I see this being more of a "prevention" option versus exclusion (to prevent install of AnyDesk period) whether its during agent install or anytime after.
