Allow Custom SNMP community strings in Network Discovery
I'd love to be able to input all our clients custom SNMP community strings and have Network Discovery use those as well as the default "public" string

Turn off Network Discovery in Anydesk
When Anydesk is installed on a client computer, the "Network Discovery" feature in Anydesk is turned on by default. That means that users that open Anydesk can see other computers in their network. In addition to this, users can go to Privacy and change their username in Atera. These two in combination open up for someone to impersonate for example an IT-person, and then initiate a connection request to other unknowing users.
This should be possible to adjust in Atera, so that either of these services can be turned off.

Provide a client for Macintosh, so that it is also possible to run network discovery in pure Macintosh environments.

Network Discovery IP Down or No Reply
The ability to select IP's within a network discovery site (POE Cameras in this example), and create an alert that the IP has not communicated within a selectable amount of time, even if its a 24 hour window. Just something along those lines.

In addition to retrieve any device assigned to AD inside a given domain\s, a workgroup scan may be added.
Do you think it's essential or redundant? Does the majority of your customers are using DC inside a secured domain\s?

Multiple network discovery scans per day on same site
I have multiple shifts and need the ability to schedule discovery scans hourly. Adding an hourly option to the discovery scan would be helpful.

Add new Custom Asset from Network Discovery
The Network Discovery function is a very powerfull tool. But in complex and not structured scenarios there are lot of "known" devices where it is not possible to manage SNMP configuration or instlla the Agent (ie. Bank credit card readers, Telphone carrier managed routers, Known guests-users' laptops, Fiscal printers, etc..). In these cases shuold be very usefull to select an Unmonitored device and add it as a pre-defined Custom Asset (or Generic) by automatically filling the existing fields (Device type, MAC, Manufacturer, etc..) to monitor on/off line status.

More Complete Atera BitDefender Default Policy for Network Discovery
The default Atera ATS Off Policy needs to include whitelisting for it's Network Discovery configuration. Without it, you'll get a bunch of nmap incidents blowing up your BitDefender dashboard that take a long time to clear out depending on how many clients you started scanning at once.

Enhanced Domain Name and Credential Management for Network Discovery
Seeking improvements to the Network Discovery feature to better accommodate various authentication scenarios.
Key Requests:
Custom Domain Name Input: Allow users to manually enter or modify the short domain name used for remote authentication during network scans. This would enable better compatibility with systems where the default domain retrieved by the scanning agent does not align with the required authentication domain.
Credential Flexibility for Non-Domain Environments: Introduce functionality that allows the entry of local admin credentials when performing remote installations on non-domain joined computers. This would enhance usability in workgroup environments where standard local accounts are used.
