  2. When I view a device that has an agent installed, the CPU and memory graph has a nice control that lets me see the exact time if CPU or memory usage as I mouse-over the graph. I can also choose the time scale - 24hrs, 1 week, 1 month.

    When I view a device that does not have an agent (like HTTP, TCP, or Generic), I have a similar graph, but it does not let me choose the time scale nor does it let me see the exact time for an event on the graph as I mouse-over it.

  3. Ability to deploy the Atera agent directly when you do a scan with Domotz - would be nice to just run it and then see which devices does not have the Atera agent and then install it

  4. Ability to Brand Help Desk Agent per Customer. Some clients want the users to see the helpdsk as an internal to the company feature, and not see my name or Logo.

  12. When I generate an invoice in Atera and export it to QuickBooks Online, the Service Date column lists the date the invoice was generated and exported. This is a problem for me because I bill at the end of the month. For services rendered to a client in July, I'll generate and export that invoice in the first few days of August, and on the exported invoice all of the service dates are for August even though the invoice is for services rendered in July.   14. Currently, you have the option of storing passwords at the Company level, as well as attached to a specific agent record.

    Need the ability to open up a single Password repository and see all passwords in one place.

    Currently, we spend a bunch of time guessing whether passwords were stored at the Company level or the Agent level.

    One Agent could have multiple passwords: Windows username/password, SQL server password, web application specific password. Gets confusing if we store the windows password at the Agent level, then maybe the SQL server at the agent or company level, then the web application…

  15. I have restaurants as customes and they use servers to run POS enviroment. they need access to it to run reports, clock employees in and out, maintenance etc.. just like a workstation. WFH should work on server OS. please update it so it does. thank you

It would be highly beneficial to control the behaviour of the service monitoring threshold item. i.e. when a monitored service is down for 3 checks at 2 min intervals then raise an alert, rather than the service being flagged as down as part of a software update where the services starts and stops.

  17. At the moment you can only see the top 10 devices but I need to see all devices that have patches outstanding for that customer. At the moment the only way to do this is to go page by page of devices and manually check this.

  18. To be able to add our payment type example bank transfer and display our account information on the invoice.
    This is very important for use.

  19. Create ticket automation based on specific Threshold Items. Example: I want a ticket automatically generated when a disk usage threshold is met and assigned to a specific technician who oversees upselling. I do not want ALL warning or critical alerts to generate a ticket.

We would like to have the ability to assign different licensing to different employees as an example if we have a security team to do some port checking or so we would like to assign them the network discovery option but not for the rest of the team that will never use it. This goes for Guest as well for example: Customer would lik to use our tool to jump on his own machines so we should be able to assign a limited license for remote management only.
