  1. Similar to other reboot requests, I would like to reboot at a given time only after a patch install. For instance, a workstation would reboot at 3:00 am only after a patch requiring a reboot was installed. Kaseya has this feature and it’s something really miss.

  2. Clients are security conscious, the small splashtop "user has logged in" bottom right corner of the screen often goes unnoticed and clients freak out when the mouse starts moving.
    Please allow the splashtop chat or something similar to teamviewer showing that a user is currently logged in to prompt something that we have logged in that's obvious for the user to see.
    Currently I've bound a script to a mouse button and manually click chat every time I log in so clients don't get paranoid I can silently log in.

  3. Create an option to assign devices to folders automatically based on device name, for example, if a device name starts with "example-" then place in folder "example".

    This is an extremely powerful way of deploying apps automatically with intune and would be highly beneficial for deploying software packages and windows patches unattended. It would also prevent new devices from being missed and left unpatched.

  4. Il would be nice to have a button "Refresh" on top of the lists devices.
    If we patch or if we wol device, we won't see it.

  5. When scheduling a report, the email should contain the pdf (or file type of choice) as an attachment on the email. Saves from having to click on the link and login to get the report.

  6. We have a customer how have som USB license disk.
    These USB Flash pin, does not have any free storage space at all, and the server gives us alarms.

    We could pause an alarm for X days, but the best solutions will be if we could skip disks from the monitoring, but still keep monitor the other disks.

  7. I'd like to run the auditor report for all clients or a selection of clients rather than a single client. I'd then like to export to Excel so I can manipulate further and this should include a column for client name.

  10. Set an alert schedule for different customers/The ability to automatically snooze alerts for certain periods of time each day.

    This has been a slight issue for us due to patch management causing high CPU and Memory usage alerts to be created so we get lots of alerts overnight.
    It would be nice to be able to snooze these for particular customers but to be able to do it automatically or on a schedule.

  11. It would be very helpful to have a "Running processes" view in a per-server basis (in the agent view), in the Web interface, so that we can see clearly and quickly what is running in that server from the Atera agent, like software updates, software installation, etc. That would allow us to quickly confirm what is running on that server without having to check the global "running processes" view then having to filter.

  12. It would nice to be able to track non monitored hardware like monitors and docking stations. We can add custom fields but I don't see a way to have these added to a report. If there was custom Auditor report where you could select the items displayed and could include custom fields that would be great and would really improve basic inventory management.

  13. When you are working with a group of devices in a specific folder, there should be a link on the device page to go back to that folder you started in. Right now I have to go back to the company page and then to the folder.

  15. When Atera/Splashtop is uninstalled using Control Panel \ Programs and Features, it would be desired for the device to be removed from the portal too during the same process, without needing manual deletion or other commands run afterwards.

    Sometimes the end user would remove the software themselves without our knowledge, especially when the device is a personal PC/laptop, which leaves the device behind on the portal in a permanently offline state.
    I get that this can be done by not giving local admin but this often just not possible.

  16. Atera reporting isnt good, I could do with the ability to report real time so I can write my own meaningful reports for internal staff and external customers. I was advised this is a feature in the pipeline. If you have an early adopters program, I would like to be on it.

  17. WordPress integrations.

    Allow potential users to be able to log calls in Atera so that we do not have to monitor 2 different chat and ticketing systems.

    Having users be able to sign up and buy services via WordPress and woo commerce.

  18. At the moment Atera will install the agent but assign this to the customer in an “Unassigned” state. We then have to update this manually in to folders. Atera should be able to decide whether the device is a workstation or a server, that way it can automatically go in to the correct patching/IT automation profiles.

  19. It would be nice to have an option to save a "Public reply" to a ticket without initiating an email to the contact, this way the notes are visible to the Client contact in the customer portal but we don't have to necessary spam the contact with technical notes via email.
