  2. Add support for more features in chocolatey. For example --version to install a version other than the latest or --x86 to install 32 bit version of a package or --force to attempt to reinstall a software

  3. Please make it possible for a user to turn off all the AI guff it keeps suggesting. This is not something I will ever use, I find the whole concept abhorrent and apart from which, I like my job, I don't want the computer to be doing it for me and getting it wrong.

The situation is sometimes clients download free software from the internet which might contain malware, to stop this, I am suggesting a feature in the Atera agent for controlling the UAC of the client. So whenever a client needs UAC admin access, The agent blocks him and in real-time notifies the technician about the authorisation request to approve/deny. If the technician approves the request, the Agent should autofill the Admin password which can be set from the Atera dashboard, and give the client access.   7. Patch Management Profiles should include options to configure a custom message to pop-up for the end users. It would be nice to be able to give users a warning notice letting them know of the updates and reboot. Give the users the ability to postpone the reboot for the number the Admin allows (3 or 5 times) and after the final warning the updates are applied and rebooted.

  8. My group has a ticket spam filter in place that has well over 8000 tickets built up. It would be great if a simple "view all" or ticket display range that goes beyond 20 were created. This way I don't need to lock up my browser endlessly scrolling or deal with the delay between deleting 20 tickets at a time. This is a simple and efficient change that would greatly help out those with large amounts of tickets for services that need to be logged, but ultimately will be deleted.

  10. The dashboard should be able to more customizable, not just have checkboxes for predetermined widgets. Should be able to add any view already in Atera, such as device views, ticket views, etc. So you could also have a ticket widget that is a breakdown per customer, devices per customer, devices in a patched, not patched status etc.

  11. Custom Assets

    Should be able re-organize which fields shows in the dashboard, instead of the default Name, Type, Folder and Contact.

    Also an option for the date field to have an alert. For example if you are tracking support services renewals for the customer, it should alert you when renewal is within 30 days.

  15. We are using Atera for an internal IT team not an MSP, but when we buy things from vendors it would be very helpful to be able to Create/Track/Relate POs for these items. Ideally some things to include would be:

    Order Information:
    PO Number - Auto Number with option to set starting number
    Status (Open, Canceled, Partially Received, Received)
    Date Ordered
    Date Required
    Date Received/Closed
    Payment Terms - Selectable from List or Add New To List

  16. Either via a Report, or some other click-able item, one should be easily able to find "what devices" are enabled for Work from Home. Since we have to charge our customers, and our customers use the service, it would be nice to have an easy way to see what and who is enabled for the service and should be paying for it.

  19. When there are 0-day threats, it would be great to target machines with the 0-day patches released from Microsoft etc... and made available from the Software Installation option and being able to search for the KB number to deploy.
    Alternatively if Atera had its own storage available to its customers to reference for the afore mentioned updates. Customers could download their own patches and search for them to be deployed centrally.

  20. Currently we can go to REPORTS, AUDITOR and use the drop down list for each customer to see their total devices. A report that displays all the customers and their corresponding device totals is needed to provide to accounting to verify we are billing them properly. Thank you!
