  2. Please allow splashtop RMM to be launched from an android web browser.

    I use an Android Tablet. The Atera interface is better from the browser than it is from the android app. Unfortunately when I attempt to launch splashtop from the browser on Android it failes. I have to use the app to create a romote connection from my tablet.

    I'd like the web interface to notice that I'm on an android device and attempt to launch splashtop RMM for android as opposed to Splashtop RMM for windows.

  3. Currently we can go to REPORTS, AUDITOR and use the drop down list for each customer to see their total devices. A report that displays all the customers and their corresponding device totals is needed to provide to accounting to verify we are billing them properly. Thank you!

  6. Currently Atera is allowed via DUO authentication app as a 3rd party app. I like that I can push or text an approval for my 2FA for my other apps, but this one I have to enter the 6 digit code. Can you get with DUO.com and add your product to an IT Authenticator vs a consumer google or other

  8. I'd like to be able to group alerts. For example Server alerts or Workstation alert don't go to the same email address.
    Eve better if it could be different email for different Customers.
    Customers have different SLA so this is important for MSP's

  9. When scheduling a report, the email should contain the pdf (or file type of choice) as an attachment on the email. Saves from having to click on the link and login to get the report.

  10. It would be really helpful if we could set up an automation rule that would alert us if a ticket is going over a certain SLA. Our SLA is 4 hours and so the system should be able to send an email to us - or a designated manager - to alert them of the fact.

  11. Ability to connect to Anydesk without copying and pasting passwords. It would be nice if we can apply profiles to customers. For example, be able to set all endpoints to default to better performance and not to share sound.

It would be very helpful to have a "Running processes" view in a per-server basis (in the agent view), in the Web interface, so that we can see clearly and quickly what is running in that server from the Atera agent, like software updates, software installation, etc. That would allow us to quickly confirm what is running on that server without having to check the global "running processes" view then having to filter.

  14. It would nice to be able to track non monitored hardware like monitors and docking stations. We can add custom fields but I don't see a way to have these added to a report. If there was custom Auditor report where you could select the items displayed and could include custom fields that would be great and would really improve basic inventory management.

  15. When you are working with a group of devices in a specific folder, there should be a link on the device page to go back to that folder you started in. Right now I have to go back to the company page and then to the folder.

  16. When Anydesk is installed on a client computer, the "Network Discovery" feature in Anydesk is turned on by default. That means that users that open Anydesk can see other computers in their network. In addition to this, users can go to Privacy and change their username in Atera. These two in combination open up for someone to impersonate for example an IT-person, and then initiate a connection request to other unknowing users.

    This should be possible to adjust in Atera, so that either of these services can be turned off.

  17. Passwords saved under a specific device is only visible in the Passwords section for that device.
    It would be beneficial to be able to see all the passwords (including device passwords) for particular client visible in the Password section of the client.

  18. When Atera/Splashtop is uninstalled using Control Panel \ Programs and Features, it would be desired for the device to be removed from the portal too during the same process, without needing manual deletion or other commands run afterwards.

    Sometimes the end user would remove the software themselves without our knowledge, especially when the device is a personal PC/laptop, which leaves the device behind on the portal in a permanently offline state.
    I get that this can be done by not giving local admin but this often just not possible.

    Other RMMs we've used will do a device removal from the…

  19. Have an error feedback when the script is incorrect. Right now, even if the script is not correct, Atera can still show that it went successfully because it did run it.

    No mention of the script actually failing and returning an error!

  20. WordPress integrations.

    Allow potential users to be able to log calls in Atera so that we do not have to monitor 2 different chat and ticketing systems.

    Having users be able to sign up and buy services via WordPress and woo commerce.
