  1. When losing a client there should be a way to delete EVERYTHING; Atera agent, Splashtop, AnyDesk, and any apps purchased through Atera, This should work for any unit online and for any off-line unit when it comes back online, without disturbing the client's users.

  2. Custom Assets

    Should be able re-organize which fields shows in the dashboard, instead of the default Name, Type, Folder and Contact.

    Also an option for the date field to have an alert. For example if you are tracking support services renewals for the customer, it should alert you when renewal is within 30 days.

  3. I would like the ability to create a step by step automation to control the order of which tasks/scripts get installed and insert reboot/shutdown tasks as needed. The automation would complete when all tasks have been completed in order. Having the ability to stop or continue on a task failure would be helpful as well. This would be similar to the automation of a Task Sequence in SCCM.

  4. I have two or more drives to monitor and I am only allowed to monitor all or none with the same threshold. I wish to monitor two drives differently. One set to 90% and one set to 4GB for critical.

  5. Having the option for customers to ask basic questions using the ChatGPT model (either using the native Atera chat or Microsoft Teams (Even better!)).
    I would love to have the option to restrict the level of complexity that is provided to the person requesting the chat, as well as a "second-tier" that either transfers the chat to a real human that shows online, or automatically generates a ticket on behalf of the end user.

  9. Either via a Report, or some other click-able item, one should be easily able to find "what devices" are enabled for Work from Home. Since we have to charge our customers, and our customers use the service, it would be nice to have an easy way to see what and who is enabled for the service and should be paying for it.

  13. When there are 0-day threats, it would be great to target machines with the 0-day patches released from Microsoft etc... and made available from the Software Installation option and being able to search for the KB number to deploy.
    Alternatively if Atera had its own storage available to its customers to reference for the afore mentioned updates. Customers could download their own patches and search for them to be deployed centrally.

  14. Could it be possible to run a script against an API.

    We use a 3rd party helpdesk it will be good to use the helpdesk to call the API to run a sctipt. The 3rd party desk already grabs the machine details you see so we would like to run a script against it

  15. Right now the Work From Home Spashpage does not notify a user after logging in if their PC is offline. It just gives a false verification expired. We need our clients to see that their PC is offline rather than thinking the Atera interface is buggy.

  17. Similar to other reboot requests, I would like to reboot at a given time only after a patch install. For instance, a workstation would reboot at 3:00 am only after a patch requiring a reboot was installed. Kaseya has this feature and it’s something really miss.

  18. Clients are security conscious, the small splashtop "user has logged in" bottom right corner of the screen often goes unnoticed and clients freak out when the mouse starts moving.
    Please allow the splashtop chat or something similar to teamviewer showing that a user is currently logged in to prompt something that we have logged in that's obvious for the user to see.
    Currently I've bound a script to a mouse button and manually click chat every time I log in so clients don't get paranoid I can silently log in.

  19. Currently, when in the Client->Device->Folders the filtered view doesn't show the checkboxes to select specific device, or all of them to run automation, scripts etc... We should basically see the same view as in the main Devices when filtered.
    I know we can create specific views by customer and filter by folders but I think we should be able to select the devices in the Customer Folders as well

  20. When scheduling a report, the email should contain the pdf (or file type of choice) as an attachment on the email. Saves from having to click on the link and login to get the report.
