More customizable dashboard
The dashboard should be able to more customizable, not just have checkboxes for predetermined widgets. Should be able to add any view already in Atera, such as device views, ticket views, etc. So you could also have a ticket widget that is a breakdown per customer, devices per customer, devices in a patched, not patched status etc.

When doing a remote Webroot scan from the agent page, show the results on the agent page.
When I feel I need to scan a PC and don't want to interfere with the user, I can initiate a Webroot scan from the agent page. What I cannot do is see the results and would like to see these results shown when the scan completes.

Please allow splashtop RMM to be launched from an android web browser.
I use an Android Tablet. The Atera interface is better from the browser than it is from the android app. Unfortunately when I attempt to launch splashtop from the browser on Android it failes. I have to use the app to create a romote connection from my tablet.
I'd like the web interface to notice that I'm on an android device and attempt to launch splashtop RMM for android as opposed to Splashtop RMM for windows.

List all customers and their total devices on one report
Currently we can go to REPORTS, AUDITOR and use the drop down list for each customer to see their total devices. A report that displays all the customers and their corresponding device totals is needed to provide to accounting to verify we are billing them properly. Thank you!

Could it be possible to run a script against an API.
We use a 3rd party helpdesk it will be good to use the helpdesk to call the API to run a sctipt. The 3rd party desk already grabs the machine details you see so we would like to run a script against it

Select multiple devices from the Client->Devices->Folders
Currently, when in the Client->Device->Folders the filtered view doesn't show the checkboxes to select specific device, or all of them to run automation, scripts etc... We should basically see the same view as in the main Devices when filtered.
I know we can create specific views by customer and filter by folders but I think we should be able to select the devices in the Customer Folders as well16 votesCongratulations on helping shape Atera! Ability to change invoice number to match external systems.
We would like the ability to be able to change invoice numbers to match them up with our external billing system.

Map and GEO-Location integration with Remote Wipe.
It would be nice for the agent to show it's location if in case of a stolen device connects to the internet. Have the ability to schedule a remote wipe or scripted data removal if it checks in or even sound an alarm if a device is stolen nearby.

work from home password
Work from home forgot password option. We dont give access to the atera portal and we need to set the password and let them know what it is and they cant change it. There should be a forgot password option on the work from home login page.

Ticket SLA warning
It would be really helpful if we could set up an automation rule that would alert us if a ticket is going over a certain SLA. Our SLA is 4 hours and so the system should be able to send an email to us - or a designated manager - to alert them of the fact.

We should be able to audit who accesses what devices and when, including shifty Atera staff who get 4 digit pins from us and start accessing our customer computers whenever they want.

When opening a ticket from an agent, that agent should be automatically assigned to the ticket.
When creating a ticket from an agent, it does not set that agent in the ticket.
The agent is automatically set based on which contact is selected when creating the ticket. (I have just confirmed this is the case with support)There is also no Agent menu on the New Ticket page, so technicians need to open the ticket again after creating it to correctly set the agent.
Contact and Agent should be independent as often we need to clear changes (buying software, hardware upgrades, etc.) with some form of management -be it business owner or their finance department- before…

Option to Download all Agent Installers at once
The variety of options for installing agents (download the msi directly, the curl script, download link) is nice.
It would also be nice if we could download a zip of every agent installer.

Wake-on-LAN support across VLAN's
Since your agent will likely be on every workstation more functionality or options for WOL would be great. Often servers sit on a different VLAN/Network subnet than workstations. Regardless of that Atera only provides the option of a server to send the WOL packet. As we know WOL is an L2 protocol and will not cross network subnets/VLAN's inherently. If Atera could make the agents network subnet aware that would help a lot. Then when trying to wake up a workstation only options on the same network would be able to come up.
