  2. It would be AWESOME if we could manually reorder tickets (a sort of custom order) by dragging them up and down the list. And/or pin tickets to the top of the list.

    Basically, a way to customize the ticket list in order to organize priorities when starting our day. Because sometimes you don't want to start changing priorities for tickets. Sometimes you decide you will address minor requests while working on major problems at the same time.

    So in the morning, you move (or pin to the top) the tickets you plan you'll be able to work on that day...

  3. Would be great if you can link a chain of dependency for the automation tasks. Like example if I have two tasks, one to create a restore point and another to run a manual PowerShell script. I should be able to assign the restore point automation first and make it a dependency so if it fails the other task fails as well.

    A step further would be to make it agent based so if the first task succeeds on the a few of the agents and not on all the agents. The chain of tasks continues for those agents that…

  4. SNMP monitoring on Printerdevices works when the Printers is online so thats not an issue. But when users turn them off going home for the day or weekend we get a flood of alerts for offline status, however if i then turn off availability monitoring i do not get any SNMP information anymore for toner and drum consumption. We need a way to still get SNMP monitor information but exclude alerts for offline printers.

  5. Can Atera provide the use of multiple passkeys and/or MFA besides the 2 2FA methods available ? By this, it will provide the technician or admins to further secure their accounts and to better manage SSOs.

  8. Be able to rearrange the dropdown options and their dependencies in any order we choose. This way we won't have to recreate the dropdowns every time something is added or changed, they can just be shuffled around manually.

  9. Would be useful to have the ability to see all devices & assets assigned to a specific user in one place. So when users have issues you can easily see all devices/assets assigned to them. Ideally add, within the user view, a tab with all their assigned devices/assets.
    The only tabs in there are "tickets" and "password manager", which is unnecessary for companies, such as mine, where we only use Atera for Inventory management/tracking.

  11. Looking for a new view option to see all tickets in our system and who they are assigned to broken out by users. Do not want to setup filtered views to only see individual technicians. In the ideal scenario each technician has a lane, showing the priority groups and the tickets assigned to technicians. One lane shows the unassigned tickets as well and can move them to the techs as needed. The issue I am trying to solve is visibility to the queue versus having to scroll thru the tickets to see things. What is happenign is tickets are falling…

  12. Would like to suggest when delete the device prompt asking to key credentials 1 more time to confirm delete it.

    Current only have option prompt NO \ YES when delete the device , but some how wrongly click for human error. recommended add the 1 more layer when delete the device prompt key the Atera login password to double confirm remove it.

I would like a deeper dive with the metrics that are shown in the devices tab, along with the ability to go even further with in-depth monitoring to put on the main page/ dashboard, like the advanced reports. the best idea i can think of and i believe it might be wishful thinking but would be "HW Monitor Pro" integrate into the portal. every device gets the install, can look at either a master list with all the devices that have it installed or when going to the devices page. Have it automatically record and store up to "X" amount…

  17. Is it possible to have a threshold regarding free space on a disk? If I set a percentage, it is very different if I have a 2TB disk, compared to a 300GB disk. It would be great to have a threshold that creates an alert if I exceed XX GB Free

  18. It would be great to have the public IP of the managed computer displayed in the list of computers. This way, we can easily identify if all computers in the company are working from the same location of the user/computer is working remote. This would also allow us to see server NAT information as well.

  19. You recently released options to schedule a one-time reboot; take that further. Let's get "Schedule..." in addition to "Run" uniformly throughout Atera. I would love to schedule Patch installs for tonight but from the run window - just delay that start. Same for anything and everything that you can do "now" - would love to be able to do it later too.
