  1. Currently it is only possible to have one device per OS registered for Atera 2FA. If I replace my phone with a new one I have to go to Atera admin settings and reset 2FA which resets it for all devices including my Windows device which I don't need to have 2FA reset on. Please make it possible to remove devices individually from Atera 2FA settings.

  3. Adding the option to send an email to a customer when they open a ticket with a list of instructions on how the Customer Portal works. Also adding an interactive guide in the portal so the customer knows that they can respond to a ticket from the portal itself, rather than their email. This would be useful especially if the customer is requesting an email password reset and is unable to access their email, they would still have a way to see and respond to technicians if calling is not possible.

  5. The order in which Knowledge Base Categories are displayed in the Customer Portal is not the same as in the Knowledge Base itself.

    Alphabetical in the Knowledge Base; is apparently no longer alphabetical when you access that Knowledge Base through the Customer Portal.

    It would be nice that the display of Categories via the Customer Portal is also alphabetical.

  8. The only missing tool for me is a way to assign prices, renewal dates and reminders to the software inventory. For exemple, I'd like to assign the date and price for when and how much my next renewal of Autocad will be needed. Then having a report which shows how much and when we need to spend for licences. It would be a huge planning tool.

  11. Please give us the ability to create more levels in the knowledge base than categories/sections/articles.

    It's difficult to structure a whole company's knowledge base with just these 3 levels.

  13. Like Intel AMT, having the ability to control and manage the BIOS settings would be a great feature. Instead of having to install third party applications and other methods would be a nice feature that not a lot of people provide.

  15. Check to see which machines have OneDrive logged in and running to ensure data is backed up in real time. This could then single out which users do not have it running and allow us to prompt them to start it and log in to protect their data.

  16. The old UI allowed you to see full customer ratings details (stars/category, comments, etc.) in the Ticket. With the new UI you can no longer see those details. Please add this functionality to the new UI.

  17. It would be nice to have the page buttons (1,2,3... etc) at the top of the page as well as the bottom. This way we don't have to scroll down to the bottom every time we want to go to the next page.

  18. Custom statuses that act as pending, blend in with pending status tickets. Adding a color option for custom statuses would help differentiate from pending.
