Block Contracts Balance Report for ALL customers
Can you add a Block Contracts Balance Report for ALL customers? So we can see with a single report, the balance of all customers at once?

Enter Time Duration only
There are times when I would like to just enter a DATE and DURATION worked on a ticket but not a START or END TIME.
There also times when I want to enter just the DURATION and NO Date, Start or End time.

Option to Remove Seconds
I would like the option to REMOVE SECONDS when entering time.
I only want to see DATE, HOUR, MINUTES for entering time. This could be an Admin setting check box to "Ignore Seconds when entering time". Or "Always set Seconds to 00"

Domain OU details for search & grouping
The Atera Agent should pull through the device's OU details. That way with large customers we will be able to search for devices based on the OU details in AD. For example, the site the device is situated in. You should then be able to use this information to create dynamic folders for agent devices.

Acronis Integration in an existing Cloud Tenant
We have an existing cloud tenant with another distributor. It would be great to be able to integrate existing tenants into Atera and then also have alerts from Acronis automatically created in Atera.

Would be nice if all ticket emails to clients are all encrypted end to end in order to provide users with passwords and other sensitive information.

Add ability to filter on blank custom fields.
We have custom fields that in some cases are text or numbers.
With a checkbox or drop down, you can select checked or not checked, but with text and number fields, there is no way to select, for example, devices with nothing in the field.It also does not find null fields when filtering on a number field and choosing < (some number smaller than the minimum valid number).
We need to be able to determine if a given field has a value.

JumpCloud SSO Integration
We use JumpCloud as our Identity Provider. It would be great to integrate IT team members into JumpCloud SSO so that it makes login easy for IT Admins to login into Atera Portal. JumpCloud is a great alternative to AD and has hundreds of SSO connnectors. JumpCloud supports SAML for SSO and this can be easily implemented with any software that supports SAML. Anything that makes IT admins' job easier would be a welcome addition. Same is true for other Atera Corporate Users that use other Identity providers like Okta, Onelogin, Azure, etc...

Scheduled Reports emailed with csv/xlsx attachment
It would be good to have a report attached to the scheduled emails so that we can export the numbers and log accordingly internally. This would be useful for automating product and expenses into invoices within accountancy packages.

Install agent on Synology, QNAP or Raspberry Pi
Install agent on Synology, QNAP or Raspberry Pi. As we move to more cloud and Saas based offerings, the days when people had dedicated servers in the office is going away. As such I would like to be able to install the agent on another type of device like a NAS.

Custom field type of Image
Looking to get a custom field type of attach image or even an inline image. The thought would be to be able to document an image of the desktop or device for reference if needed.

Floorplan
The ability to import a floor plan from a customer location would be great. Something where objects could be manually dragged to their location on the floorplan for users, printers, datacenter etc. Then we could lay out a customer location and be able to know where the device is located. Even as far as clicking on the device to bring up its screen to manage it.

workfromhome whitelabel
It would be great to whitelabel the WorkFromHome portal. I already pointed a URL from our site using the cname but we should be able to change the Atera logo to our company logo with these client facing pages.

Device slow to come back online after a reboot
I find that it can take a good couple of minutes for the remote access/status to come back online. Sometimes I have to do a reboot with the client on the phone and we end up making small talk whilst Atera/Splashtop decides to give me access. Not sure why the delay but it happens across all of my end devices. Can Atera increase the polling time that checks to see if a device is online?

Acronis per seat
Would like to see option for pricing per seat rather than per GB/m especially for local backup. It is hard to convince a client to use when costs are not consistent per month.

Kaspersky integration
Kaspersky integration would be great. Done a lot of research on virus and ransomware protection and Webroot just doesn't cut it compared to others. Kaspersky the leader.
