  1. It would be great if we could create custom fields within passwords or create and customize password templates. The current password template does not offer enough customizability options to capture all relevant information. I am left putting information that should be hashed in the notes section instead of in a password field.

  2. Automation uses the devices source for the windows updates. Thus the agent will not install any windows update if the there is a WSUS configured but not reachable or out of service. It would be good to override this an download the updates online just as a user would optionally be able to.

  3. Not being able to pull any report about customers Profitability on Hourly Contract ( 100% of our customers are on hourly contract) is why we are looking elsewhere . This is an extreme week part of your application. MSP in general bill by the hour or block hour. NEVER retainer. To not have this is why we are looking to move on. How did this even get to market without this feature? Not being able to pull up how much revenue is generated by a customer or a customer /technician over 'X' period is very poor design choice by your…

  4. In the admin section improve the Rank system and allow variables like revenue (last quarter, last year, etc - again allowing us to choose. ) Now when we pull up a default list of tickets we could sort by ranking that is relative to OUR needs.

  5. Please introduce the ability to change the contact for multiple tickets at once. It'd be very beneficial to be able to select all the tickets pertaining to a contact and change said contact without having to access each ticket to do so.

  6. Get rid of RED in reports. This looks like a danger situation is in place. Use Blue Green and Purple. If I have 95% of devices patched... it shows as a RED and looks like an issue. VERY simple fix by changing the Hex code. PLEASE. over 100+ customer complain about this every time we deliver them reports

  7. We have a custom restart script for our users that will remind them to restart the PC after a patch + software update automation profile has been run.

    The problem at the moment is that the script will be ran basically in the beginning or in the middle of the automation profile run cycle which is confusing for the users and some may restart the PC right in the middle of the run.

    We would like to see a script prioritization feature where the admin can decide when to run the script on a client machine within the automation profile.

  8. Integration with MSP360 backup. We use is all the time and is very flexible for storage. It's not a big deal, but would be convenient to view on a single pane of glass.

  10. Create the ability to have a multi select custom field and be able to filter a view on this. I'm currently using tags to accomplish this but the view filter can only use an AND operator. If you create the multi select custom field and allow the user to "Meet all of the following conditions" and "Meet any of the following conditions" as the filter option, THIS WOULD BE AWEOSME!

  11. Collect firmware version of network devices such as router, switches, printers and pull the actual version from the vendors to get a full overview of the patch state. Maybe let the community add information about the firmware sources/fields and location where to find the actual version from the vendor.
    This could be report like or build into the smtp/device agent.

  13. We would like to use the Products section within the ticket to run reports at the end of the month to look at quantities of licenses then we can adjust their reoccurring invoice at the end of each month.

  14. I only get notices when devices go offline, and I have to check the status only to find out they are back online. Is there a way to get a notice that the offline condition doesn't exist anymore?

    To simplify it, Monitored Agent Goes Offline (state created). Devices comes back online (Online state active again, re-alert device is back on).

    This would help me not have to urgently jump into Dashboard or App trying to figure out what happened only to see it was a user restart or ISP outage.

  17. It would be great to have a way to group customers into folders, say by company type i.e accountants, estate agents or even to group into letters so Acme under A, Beta Corp under B etc etc.

  18. We automated patch management and send the appropriate report to our customers once a month (because that's the only way to send).

    We need the possibility to send a patch feedback report AFTER the patches were installed or other frequencies/dependencies. Currently, we patch once a month and send report once a month which leads to problems: e.g. sent report on 1st Saturday of month, report will be empty (0) because on the day before it was last month (30th/31st). Same on other days

    Customers are already complaining why we cannot schedule it correctly. This is critical

  19. Add a "Work from Home" option in the billing contracts for customers so that the number of computers that have WFH enabled is automatically calculated and billed just like "Online Backup"
