  2. Filter Recent Processes by customer or script when selecting timespan would (hopefully) reduce time it takes to return the results.

    I may be looking for a process ran in the last three months, but only for a specific customer, so I don't need all the data for every device and customer.

    Depending on how Atera stores this data, it may be an extra load not only for us, but for Atera servers to search through all customers' data.

  6. It would be great if you could define in the settings when the device should start on weekdays, then you could make the updates at this time, for example, and you could turn on the devices controlled for the customer schedule, which would help many customers.

  7. Set Local Security Policy for workgrouped Windows PC's. Small offices with only a few workgroup computers may need to have local security policy setup for things like password complexity, password expiration, and screen savers to meet security compliance with larger organizations that they do business with. Perhaps a new option built into the IT Automation Policies of Atera could be to modify the Local Security Policy.

  8. I would like to be able to assign/link a policy to an automation profile.

    So I can set this Policy to all our devices in Atera at once.
    And to also get the Policy to every new Windows device in Atera, because we assign one automation profile to all new devices automatically when added to Atera.

    Now I can only add a profile to a customer or Agent and that means I need to keep adding devices to this profile when we create new customers or device manually.

  9. Require the ability to skip patches instead of excluding them or alternatively exclude them from the reports too. The problem with excluding patches is that they still list as available patches but excluded. When reports are generated, excluded patches still show as missing patches, which in turn pushes down the score percentage.

  10. I would like to see a WordPress widget of a floating button for logging support requests in the helpdesk for clients that do not have the support agent. I used to have this when I used the Freshdesk free helpdesk.
    Clients could give a description, see the ticket incident fields, attach files and make live screen grabs. All this was direct from the internet browser on our website.

  11. I personally thing Atera should have its own Remote Desktop software in addition to having the integration of other 3rd party solution such as teamviewer, splastop etc. for those who have them and wish to use them.

    However i think having 1 complete solution provides easier management and smother running of system especially when it come to updates (sometimes splash top crash's or cant connect to agent)

    In addition to this, i am limited to the features using 3rd party remote solutions provide thought Atera, which means i have to pay Atera and another Subscription cost for a full version…

  12. When a article is created we should be able to assign it to a customer and then on the customers page have a knowledge base tab to view all assigned articles

  14. Zoho Books is used worldwide by thousands of companies. I use Zoho Desk for ticket management, but I will be happy to use Atera's full capabilities if there is integration with Zoho Books.

  15. If the "Folder" field could simply be added to the Auditor Report Excel exports that would be awesome.

    We have organised our devices by customer and then by folder but without the folder field showing in the Auditor Report exports that categorisation is lost.

  16. It would be helpful to be able to set the IP Range, that will be scanned. Haveing a Network with different Ranges connected trough VPNs and haveing a Domain, now we are not able to distribute the Agents to machines in other IP-Range then the Server with his Agent is.

  18. Software Inventory Reports - Device Name Missing
    When we view Software Inventory Reports in Atera, we can click the pop out icon under the Number of Devices column to view the device(s) that the software is on, but when we export a report, we don't see the device(s). For my team, this typically leads to me going back into Atera to find that information whenever we're reviewing licensing, tracking down rogue programs, planning to onboard a new client, etc., and then manually adding that in a spreadsheet.

  20. It's great that you can export the software inventory report for the entire site, but it would be helpful if you can generate a software inventory report for an individual agent in a site. The only option for generating the report is to select a site, would it be possible to add a selection field to pick 1 agent from the site to generate the report on? This would be immensely helpful to reduce the amount of information being generated in the report if we have multiple agents in a site.
