  1. Hi,

    It would be helpful to have an option to delay the reply to a ticket. So that you can compose the reply but set it to send at time /date of your choosing. Similar to that Outlook's delayed send.

  3. I would like a report to see what customers have a contract assigned to them. We have categories too, this would help us narrow down to business or education customers.

  4. It would be really handy to show the User next to the computer in the device list. This would allow us to quickly see who is online rather than clicking on the computer and checing who the agent is registered to.

    Also related to this, listing the agent registered to the user in the Users details panel on the Users page, also an online/offline indicator (Green/Red dot).

    This would be so handy for us to quickly view online status of our homeworking users.

  5. I really miss the 'select all' in the 'patch form'. Moving the mouse all the way to the left top only to go back to the right bottom seems like an unnecessary motion.

  6. Change to Availability Monitoring to become part of Alert Threshholds so that they be used customer/account wide easier

    Alternatively: an API method to set it enabled/disabled,
    or a param to use using install to automatically add agent to account and set Availability Monitoring to enabled per default for the device.

  9. There are a lot of good ideas for the custom fields. But, I want to add my 2 cents also.

    When filtering devices, we should be able to filter by custom field from the above level. i.e. devices should be able to be filtered by a custom field from the associated customer.

    Add Custom field filtering to the customer level.

    Need to add new custom field types: image, textarea, and hidden. I don't need to SEE all of the info on my customer or device screen. (make sure I can still edit it though)

  10. Create a knowledge base article and have the ability to assign specific articles to a customer or group of customers in your Atera Portal. Currently it looks like if you add an article and allow customers to access the portal they have access to all knowledge base articles.

  11. I would love to have the ability to exclude patches by release date. Microsoft has been notorious for releasing patches before they are ready. I'd like to have a profile that installs only patches that have been available for a week or two.

  12. Please add the ability to force mobile optimized Atera to load in mobile browsers. Some apps have a separate URL that forces mobile if needed. We have difficulty getting a mobile optimized version of Atera to load in a mobile browser in iOS and Android. Thanks!

  13. We need to be able to sort all of the different lists that get created.

    This request applies to all of the custom fields and fields that eventually generate interactive drop down lists. Examples include: Quick Reply Templates, Scripts, Product Families, and all custom fields.

    Currently, if we need to make an addition to these fields, the new item goes to the bottom of the list and there's no easy way to modify it. If we want to customize the order they're in, or even just alphabetize them, we have to completely remove all of the items in the list…

  16. So recently we discovered that when you assign a device to a ticket, it assigns that same device to any ticket associated with the ticket contact. So let's say you have 4 tickets open for the same user, if you assign a device to one of those tickets, Atera assigns that same device to all of that user's tickets.

  17. Ability to create global folders and assign tags to devices.

    Performing maintenance on client servers currently have to go into each client then log into the server one by one which is cumbersome.

    Having a global folder where we can see a table of devices, which client they belong to would make maintenance and script running much easier.

    Example: It'd be much easier when doing manual backup checks to just have a list of all tagged servers in a global folder so we can just log in one after the other rather than have to navigate to the client, find…

  20. For computers listed in Devices, you can currently "Connect" using Splashtop, Any Desk, TeamViewer, etc. But for devices that are not computers it's useless. Instead, you should add the ability to connect via HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, TELNET. The HTTP and HTTPS are really important to remotely manage printers, routers, switches, etc. Would just need to proxy the input/output through the agent.
