Show Idle Devices
To be able to see under Customer > Devices, if there are any devices that idle (have not been used for X amount of minutes for example).

Personally I see this feature being implemented as a green dot - online, yellow dot - inactive, red dot - offline. Instead of having to click on Manage > User Activity. Shouldn't be that hard to implement?

This was super useful for me when we were using Connectwise. This simple feature is very handy when you are in the office late and wanting to update some PCs and have no cell phone contact info to reach an end user to see if they have left for the day. Sure there are other ways around it, but boy having this at a glance feature sure helps with my laziness! :D
