Ability to Do software Patching for large number of Devices
To be able to Patch A large number of customer devices and not just the 20 limit, Currently you need to split for example 300 devices out into groups of 20. If this is a limitation it would be good that the automation does this for you when setting up the profile just for the match automation

Change ticket status by keyword in an email
We would like to be able to change the status of a ticket when a customer replies by email to the ticket and it indicates #closed for example at the beginning of the email so that the ticket is automatically closed.

2FA Access List
Ability to add a label/description against each IP address listed in the 2FA Access List. If you end up with a long list of IP addresses, it can be difficult to keep track of current IP addresses and identify IP address which are no longer current and should be removed.

assign multiple email addresses to one contact
Ability to assign multiple email addresses to one contact. We've found that some contacts have 2 email address that they use for their business and we'd like to have the ability to assign different email addresses to the one contact rather than have duplicate contacts against a customer.

Software Uninstall - No Restart!
I've posted about this before (can't remember where), but I feel like this should be a public service announcement now.
If you uninstall an app using Atera's built-in feature in Software Inventory, and the app requests a restart, Atera WILL NOT SUPPRESS THE RESTART.
The feature is there so I keep using it, not remembering that each time I do I get burned for it. Please either fix this so Atera suppresses reboots like it should, or allow me to block that option so I can't use it.
The software uninstall feature is not ready for production without sane defaults…

colour ticket priority
please provide colour scheme to tickets so they can be easily identified / distinguished based on their priority either by
1) marking the whole div/row as "red" when it's critical/high
2) having the priority values displayed with coloured bubles - similarly to status have ityou can use this schema for colour selection or any other thats suitable
note: I know there is a filter for that, but that's an additional step which can be easily eliminated

Event Monitoring Improvement (v2)
I posted a year ago about some improvements to the Windows event monitoring that is available when setting up a threshold in Atera

When creating/modifying a threshold in Atera to monitor Windows Events, there are 5 options. Selecting "Events Applications", "Events Security", "Events Setup", and "Events System" is mostly useless because the only filter is to exclude specific events. It would be far more useful if we could opt to instead only include specific events so it isn't so noisy.

Add the ability to email a Knowledgebase Article to user in TIcket and Device.
I would like to be able to send a formatted email from Tickets and Devices. A button that says "email article" shows a popup of all articles. I can then select the article I want to send. The EMail subject would default to the article title and the email body set as the contents. It would also be nice to allow a Textarea box allowing me to put in a personal note to the contact. Make sure styling separates the personal comment and the article.

Multi-tenant customer management:
Within our organization we are one of 14 different branches, to our knowledge Atera does not currently have any way for us to associate a customer to which branches provide that customer with support. For example, say we have 3 branches and 6 Unique Customers we need to be able to associate the customers as per the below:

Atera Agent version Upgrade
Hi Atera Team,
Good Day!
I would like to suggest you for atera agent version upgrade, while installing .msi file or Running CURL command it is removed older atera agent and installing new one most of the time only removed old version not installing new one. So i asked Atera support chat they suggest me to run Powershell command to remove Atera agent completely and run CURL command for new installation. I believe this is not a correct method , please make a new method once i run a CURL command or .MSI file it will upgrade old version to…

Laptops report their GPS location to track where inventory is.
Most new laptops have GPS capabilities integrated. It would be great if Atera could collect this information. We would be able to click on an asset and see its location on a map. This would help locate missing inventory and/or track where the asset has been.

Disable default tags
It would be such a help to be able to disable the default tags that Atera comes with. I understand we can set up our own custom tags, but it would still be helpful to be able to remove the default tags to help with simplicity.
