    This is an extreme need for me and my staff - having to download an attachment EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. is truly a pain...especially if all you're wanting to do is verify something on it.

    I am a major supporter of this idea. A document web viewer for pdf, images, doc/docx files, and the like would greatly speed up my workflow when assisting a client.

    We store a lot of photos of client sites in Atera, it would be great if it was easier to view them without downloading.
