  1. To be able to schedule Patch management tasks, this would be useful for Mac devices that require Upgrade patches to be run via Patch management instead of IT Automation profiles.

This workaround is useful for Mac devices that are offline, in order to help automate pushing Upgrade patches

  5. There needs to be a date field for all devices that can record the end of warranty on a machine. In our department, we use that functionality to determine when a PC needs to be replaced.

  6. It would be great to be able to generate a report that shows all the computers under a client and show at the same time all the hardware information including operating system, cpu, ram amount, hard drive or ssd on the same page.

It seems like a essential feature for this software to be able to have an inventory of a client

  7. In the case of re-purposing a device and changing the name of the device, it would be great if Atera could automatically update the device name in Atera instead of to manually have to update the name.

  9. It would be great to have a feature to allow for Microsoft patch roll back built into the product. This would be great when Microsoft puts out a patch that does not function as expected and thus affecting machine performance and/or non-functioning.

Every product that I have used in the past offers this feature.

  10. Feel like you all are ignoring the dark mode requests at this point. Please do a dark mode quickly. The only tool I use without dark mode and it seems crazy you have not implemented this yet.

  11. I believe there should be a button within the navbar of the Devices tab that once selecting specific machines, allows you to update all patches on those machines, rather than doing a report, manually clicking all unnecessary machines or doing it patch by patch on the Patch Management page.

  12. On the Ticketing page the columns are locked to the default fields. We don't utilize the SLA field within our organization; and the new sentiment column is also irrelevant.

Allowing the end user to change what is displayed on the ticketing dashboard would allow for extra space for fields that are relevant, like allowing for longer ticket titles to be displayed.

  17. Ability to delete comments.

If an external email has dropped inappropriate content into a ticket, we should be able to delete that ticket comment to remove the content.

  18. An approval process within the Atera tenants should be put into place for a newly added device after an Atera agent has been installed onto a machine for addtional security. This to avoid "rouge devices being added to tenant.

  19. Add the ability to login to a dashboard account for media walls in offices etc so the whole room can view the core dashboard data continuously.

It's V expensive to pay for an account in full for this option when all we need is the dashboard showing on a big screen for visibility.

  20. An alert is created when a customer or device has more than xx number of patches. This would indicate that the device is failing to run patches/offline and requires investigation.

The idea would greatly assist us as the current schedule report takes so long to go through with so many devices to check
