  1. Sometimes we will have a client respond to an email for an old ticket which adds the email to the old ticket. Having the ability to split out that email into a new ticket would be handy.

    Even being able to delete the email from the old ticket would be handy.

  2. Currently as it stands it looks like you can only setup a client to access one computer using WFH. Please change this so that when the customer signs into the WFH page they can choose which computer they would like to remote connect too. Customers are happy to pay for the additional remote access to multiple devices.

  3. I really like the agent metrics graph when opening an agent device. It would super helpful if the graph could also show network usage (per adapter - wifi vs wired) and hard drive space usage over time. If a device is suddenly showing a full drive, it would nice to see the usage history. Especially if it suddenly got full over the past couple days.

  4. Currently, I can assign multiple users to a computer in work from home, but only the first assigned user can access the computer. It would be hugely beneficial if multiple users could be given access. They don't necessarily need to access the computer at the same time. But they all need the ability. And it would be helpful if there was a status notification to show when a computer is being remotely accessed.

  5. Currently the restrict to specific IP addressing is set to a single IP address.

    If the IP address restriction allowed subnet masks, then it would be easier to add our ISP's to the list - so when we are roaming we could still access Atera without a VPN.
    For example, instead of just the IP address: 1.2.3.4 allow the subnet 1.2.0.0/16

  6. Have atera compare serial number on device in order to make it easier to hunt down the same agent appearing twice or more because of reinstall of client.

    It would be nice with joint report that shows clearly what machines and to what customer they are connected. And also a auto cleanup cross all customers and for a single customer.

  7. sometime i have employees working from home and need to connect to their home computer to help them but i do not have the Atera client installed. it would be helpful to be able to send them a link to use to get connected to them.

  8. Customizable rank fields would be helpful for those of us that rank our customers by a different scale. For example I offer three different contracts that associate a customer with a rank. My ranking scale is silver, gold, and platinum.

    f: total size 10 GB

    i would like to set 3 different Thresholds for this 3 differents volumes

    c: warning when disk space is less 10 GB and critical when disk space is less 5 GB

  11. Integration with Zapier would open an entirely new realm of automation with other applications. It would allow people to be a lot more efficient, such as automating a new ticket when a certain category of deal is won in Pipedrive, and more.

  13. Please can Atera consider allowing SSO with Azure AD on all plans (or Expert and above perhaps?) so that our users (who are very familiar with the big Microsoft Log In Button and use it for other systems they use) can use it to log in?

    Most modern web applications have this feature built in / available as standard and seems a little unfair that we need to be Enterprise level to have this feature available to us. (We are using IT Department Expert Plan) Thank you!

  15. We absolutely need a Generic Asset Management feature that allows support for iOS devices (iPad/iPhone etc) since the Generic device feature is not suitable. Remote support would be great as well but not a necessity.

  16. It would be cool if technicians could access the knowledge base from the Atera mobile app.
    And it would be great to be able to take pictures of equipment with your smartphone and send them to Atera.

  17. Not all technicians should have the same privileges per customer, folder, or machine.

    We need the ability to limit level 1 or outsourced technicians from running scripts, accessing a remote command prompt or PowerShell.

    Currently, all technicians have SYSTEM account access to all endpoints.

    This is a major security concern!

    Currently, any technician can reset or create admin credentials.

    This includes Active Directory domain controllers.

    Entering the following commands from a remote command prompt will grant all technicians domain admin rights.

    net user administrator /active:yes
    net user administrator $NewPassword$

  20. Desperately need various roles for non-technical people to be able to access Atera for PSA and Billing purposes.

    Sales people should be able to add customers/customer information, but never be allowed access to RMM functions like devices or scripts or anything technical--but the option to grant those permissions should also be there for technical-minded sales people. (Think Sales Engineer who moved to that role from Field Tech and helps clear ticket queues from time to time)

    Billing people should be able to add/edit customers, do invoicing, manage ticket information (like correcting spelling errors) etc... but not have access to anything…
