Ability to CC someone when you create a ticket
I would love to be able to add a CC on the new ticket page. I have to create a ticket , open it, have to respond to the ticket and add all the CC people 2 step process. If i could just throw a CC field just on a new ticket creation, that'd be helpful.

Add option for app-based 2FA for Work from Home (instead of only via SMS)

Right now, work from home only facilitates 2FA through the use of SMS. It would be nice to see the option to enable 2FA through the use of a 2FA app such as Duo, Authy, Google Authenticator, etc. This functionality is already available for technician accounts.Technically, 2FA via SMS is the least secure method of doing 2FA and it has been demonstrated that a sufficiently skilled hacker can intercept the text messages that contain 2FA codes. For this reason, app-based 2FA is preferrable over SMS-based 2FA.

Custom Ticket Activity Status
Recently Atera has added the ability to create custom ticket status, and also change the Ticket Activity Status manually. However I would like to create our own custom ticket activity status' beyond the "Read" "unread" "Awaiting customer response" "Awaiting Technician Response".
Personally I find the coloured labels much easier to identify what the status of a ticket is, so being able to add Activity status' like "Pending Third Party" or "Booked in" will make it much easier to see what tickets I don't need to look at with a quick glance.

Rank Customization
Customizable rank fields would be helpful for those of us that rank our customers by a different scale. For example I offer three different contracts that associate a customer with a rank. My ranking scale is silver, gold, and platinum.

Notify when agent online
Have an option that can be selected to notify the technician when an agent is online. This would be handy for laptop users who have requested help but are in-between offices where WOL isn't an option but you would like to know when they do come back online.
Currently I temporarily monitor the device then remove the monitoring once I have completed the work.

possibility of setting different thresholds for volumes on the same server for example
example:
i have a server with 3 different volumes
c: Total size 80 GB
f: total size 10 GB
g: total size 3 TBi would like to set 3 different Thresholds for this 3 differents volumes
c: warning when disk space is less 10 GB and critical when disk space is less 5 GB

Customize Right Click Menu
We should be able to Customize the Right Click Menu of the helpdesk agent. Other RMM solutions support this feature and Atera should as well. This can be make or break for a lot of MSPs

Connect to computer that we are not monitoring
sometime i have employees working from home and need to connect to their home computer to help them but i do not have the Atera client installed. it would be helpful to be able to send them a link to use to get connected to them.

SLA Customisation
I would like the ability to change the headings for my SLA's so that they match the terminology used in my internal policies... i.e. Critical, High, Medium, Low and Service Request. This would be hugely beneficial to me.

iPadOS support
We absolutely need a Generic Asset Management feature that allows support for iOS devices (iPad/iPhone etc) since the Generic device feature is not suitable. Remote support would be great as well but not a necessity.

Technician Privileges
Not all technicians should have the same privileges per customer, folder, or machine.
We need the ability to limit level 1 or outsourced technicians from running scripts, accessing a remote command prompt or PowerShell.
Currently, all technicians have SYSTEM account access to all endpoints.
This is a major security concern!
Currently, any technician can reset or create admin credentials.
This includes Active Directory domain controllers.
Entering the following commands from a remote command prompt will grant all technicians domain admin rights.

Install webroot on Mac OS X
Since Webroot has a Mac OS client as well (https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/antivirus-for-mac) it would be nice if we can deploy this from the Atera console

non tech role
Desperately need various roles for non-technical people to be able to access Atera for PSA and Billing purposes.
Sales people should be able to add customers/customer information, but never be allowed access to RMM functions like devices or scripts or anything technical--but the option to grant those permissions should also be there for technical-minded sales people. (Think Sales Engineer who moved to that role from Field Tech and helps clear ticket queues from time to time)
Billing people should be able to add/edit customers, do invoicing, manage ticket information (like correcting spelling errors) etc... but not have access to anything…

The current Mac agent is regularly listed as causing excessive CPU load and also memory usage. Can it be made more efficient?

Approve scripts before executing
Ability to approve scripts before they get executed. Hackers are exploiting RMM to install ransomware, having an approve button before a script runs could prevent mass ransomware deployment if our RMM ever gets compromised.

Ability to See Your Calendar In Atera
Ability to see your calendar within Atera where you can see all the tickets and meetings that you have already scheduled. No need to leave the platform for that.
