  2. I can only display the last comment made by the customer in an automated email ticket. The issue is that there is no context for the user's response without visiting the Atera portal. A helpful feature would be to allow the entire ticket conversation to be displayed in an automated email template when the user updates a ticket.

  3. In the case of re-purposing a device and changing the name of the device, it would be great if Atera could automatically update the device name in Atera instead of to manually have to update the name.

  5. We have techs leaving and new ones coming in. There is no way for us to simply DELETE old accounts. If we want to keep our users database clean, we need to rename old accounts for new techs. And we've encountered issues with them being able to access those accounts once the user name was changed. There needs to be a way for us to clean-up our own users.

  7. It would make the cost so much more worth it if we were able to do Vuln scans and present an executive report directly from Atera. As it stands now the export is worthless via the excel sheet. It doesnt show the machine names for the CVE's listed

  8. Google Workspace Intergration.
    Using Atera for internal IT it would be great to be able to:
    + sync users, OU and groups for support portal.
    + sync assets such as company owned devices
    + using Google (shared) Drive for storing documentation.
    + SSO with Google for atera techs and support-portal users.

  10. I would be nice, to set a rule to eventlog alerts, that if the event doesnt occour again in X minutes, then the alert is resolved automatically.

    Or make an option to resolve the alert based on later events.

  11. Can we talk about how the AI and help buttons in the bottom right of the screen are always in the way ? I always seem to need to click the one element on the page that is at the bottom and covered by the buttons.

    Can we please get some additional padding added to all of the pages so that those buttons wont cover anything up.

  12. Using this application as MSP's, we should have the ability to remotely wipe a mobile device if we find that the device is lost or stolen, an employee is no longer employed and doesn't return the mobile device, but decides to commit corporate espionage or damage the data stored on the device. This would be a great addition to a product that is great and easy to use. Please add this to the next feature release. This would be great.

  13. More granular user permissions. A lot of things now require the highest admin rights which should really be reserved for the owner. Also, it would be nice if the folders for client devices allowed granular permissions, that way certain techs could have access to some client devices but not all.

  15. Would like to see a report that could be run against the system to see which customers have "Work from Home" enabled on computers.

    This is for 2 reasons, billing, and much more, security.

    Need to be able to see more than anything, which customer have this enabled.
    Right now you have to look customer by customer, takes to much time.

  17. I really wish we had the ability to edit an internal note. In the event of an error, it would be nice to be able to hit an edit button and change an internal note.

  18. Using a local active directory environment to sync contacts and devices is a critical part of remote management. Being able to add or remove a user who has just left the company/entity in our active directory environment and it leaving ALL systems is not only time saving but also removes the chance of errors. I'd also like to see directory editing integrated directly into the Atera platform, like installing the Atera agent on the domain controller and being able to make AD changes from the web interface. Both of these would streamline technician training and our day-to-day work.

  19. Would like to see some kind of status, if someone is currently connected to a device. Meaning, I go through all the steps of making a connection to the point it starts to paint the desktop and then I get a message that someone else is already connected. Just would be nice to know that before hand, and possibly who is connected, before going through those steps, and find another method.

    Our team mostly uses Splashtop for our remote connections.

  20. Have a way to monitor or see Network Utilization in a device metrics chart for the max, avg, upload, download for the network? For instance, if a site is claiming issues with their network, I would like to see if a device that is being monitored by our ATERA is using up the network bandwidth. Note: I am a small business MSP and most of my clients don't have the network hardware in place to monitor in detail this information.
